Element Melbourne Richmond

Richmond|1.52km from Como Park North
The building is only a few years old but already showing early signs of wear in public areas. However the room itself was very clean and well designed. We stayed in a base rate room and while on the smaller side was ample space for what we needed. The king bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious and great pressure. A coffee machine with pods is provided. Access to the hotel from the west is extremely easy but if you are approaching from the east there is no way to turn right into the hotel and you have to go a fair way down the road before you can turn around and come all the way back. Once on property there is a nice curved driveway to park while you are checking in. Parking onsite was $35 but as I had read these reviews I knew to ask about the street parking and was told it would cost $15. I said ‘I thought on the weekends it was free’ and they responded ‘oh yes, we can give you complimentary parking’ (Haha). The staff were very friendly. The street parking is on the street along the nearby river (Yarra Blvd) and takes 1 min to walk across a grass parkland to this street. On the weekend it seemed a very quiet street and safe to park. This street parking is metered parking between 8am-5pm Mon- Fri so the hotel can provide a pass for $15 but if your stay is outside these hours you can park for free. The tram station is immediately out the front of this hotel so although it is a fair way from the CBD it is easy access to Melbourne. Our T.V. remote was not working (maybe old batteries) so we were unable to watch T.V. and the clock beside the bed lit up the time while the lights were on but seemed to be light activated because once all lights were switched of it also switched off so you could not see the time during the night - so keep your phone clock handy.

Adara Hotel Richmond
4.2/5103 Reviews
The hotel is great and the laundry can be done in the room. Parking must be reserved in advance, otherwise there may be no parking spaces when you check in. It is very inconvenient to park in the parking space outside. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 4 nights.

Caroline Serviced Apartments Richmond

We had a two-bedroom apartment, which was excellently equipped with very comfortable beds and a terrace. The apartment was very clean and the towels were changed after a few days. The location is very good with many restaurants and cafes in a walking area and a direct tram connection to the city centre. We were so enthusiastic that we booked for a further stay right away.
The Olsen Melbourne - Art Series

The hotel is not in the city, but there are restaurants and bars to eat around. There is a woolworth diagonally across the road and I bought half-price tofu rice, which is hard and spoiled! The hotel should be newly opened, the facilities are very new, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. We also sent a welcome drink card when checking in. (The room is not large, but one or two people are OK. If you are a child, you can book one Other larger room types
The Como Melbourne
4.4/573 Reviews
The Como Hotel is an institution in Melbourne. It has steadfastly stayed true to its mantra of ‘give from the heart’, therefore everything they do is from the heart, from the warm welcome, room service, housekeeping, the brasserie and reception, every staff member is attentive, helpful and supportive to your every need of your stay. The warmth, the kindness and care shown is exceptional. The spacious rooms, with large box full length windows bring in the natural light and are full of quality fittings and fixtures, the beds are heaven and are dressed with beautiful bed linen, pillows & covers and the bath towels are soft and ever so fluffy, most rooms have a big spacious bathroom and a deep spa bath which entices you in every time along with the quintessential must have blue duck. Then there is the roof top pool, a small gym and sauna too. It’s our home away from home!
Kula South Yarra
4.2/54 Reviews
Standard two-bedroom, one-living and two-bathroom apartment. The apartment itself is the best apartment building in South Yala. The price of this stay is also very reasonable. The same price can live in a three- or four-star hotel. This room type can live in four people. No problem, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, etc., the disadvantage is that the lighting is very poor, Lights need to be turned on during the day, but considering the price and the daytime is basically not in the apartment, I am still very satisfied.
