Our apartment was small but adequate, and was well presented, clean and comfortable. We live in the Country and not used to noise, plus my husband had had a medical procedure during the day, the staff took this into consideration and made sure we were in a quiet area. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, which help make our stay a very pleasant one. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quest Doncaster as a great place to stay.

The room is fully equipped with electric stove and microwave for simple cooking. There is also a laundry room for guests to wash and dry clothes. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is poor and you can hear the residents in the neighboring rooms talking. Fortunately, the residents were considerate of each other and did not cause any noise.

Convenient to travel, there is a bus to the airport and City at the entrance of the hotel. There are supermarkets and meals near the hotel entrance. It is especially convenient. Because it is recommended by friends, the hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service is the first choice in this area.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Mercure Doncaster! Firstly, the room was beautiful, clean, and fit for my short-stay business purposes. What I was most impressed by however was the customer service! My colleague and I needed to find a last minute venue for a business meeting with international clients, and the staff at Mercure very kindly accommodated us with one of their available meeting rooms free of charge. The room was spacious, well-organised, modern and the technology was extremely easy to use! The staff support and amenities allowed for a seamless experience which we were very grateful for. A special thank you to Isabella, the Reception Manager who saved the day (even offering to extend my checkout time to suit the time of our meeting).

Lovely Motor Inn style motel with modern bright rooms, was a very cold weekend but was nice and toasty in room with beautiful shower. Location was perfect as i was attending a function in the Galaxy Room. I was on the ground floor there was quite abit of noise heard by nearby patrons, but noise has never really bothered me and to me this would be expected being connected to large venue on a Weekend. Food was standard bistro fair but all very seemed fresh and everything we had was very tasty, during lunch there was a storm and the power was lost for a couple hours but food continued to come out and staff remained attentive and saw the humor in the situation, hats off to them ! Would stay again if in the area or attending a function or concert at the venue. Thanks
