The hotel's location is decent, quite close to Box Hill Central, making public transport very convenient. However, the soundproofing is poor, especially during special holidays with events – it's really disruptive for tourists unaware of the local schedule. It's pretty outrageous that one of our two booked rooms had a gas leak! We also didn't inform the hotel of a late arrival, so I'm not sure why our room wasn't clean when we arrived after 3 PM.

We chose this hotel again and it was fantastic! The transportation is convenient, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Everyone, including the elderly and children, was very satisfied with our stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of Box Hill, with a shopping plaza and train station just downstairs. You can even see the trains passing by from the window. The room was very spacious and had a balcony. However, the bed was too soft for my liking and not very comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is located near a large supermarket and many Chinese restaurants. Parking spots are limited, so it's advisable to book one in advance. The front desk service is excellent, and the hotel offers a washing machine and cooking facilities with an open flame. Recommended.

Located in the heart of Box Hill, a major Chinese hub, communication in Mandarin is a breeze. Downstairs, you'll find a supermarket and restaurants, which is very convenient. The high-floor view is fantastic! Parking spaces require advance booking at the front desk.

The location is super convenient, right above the subway station, and there's a mall nearby. The food options are great too; I even had Haidilao (though it's not as extensive as the ones in China). The two-bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable.

The surroundings are incredibly convenient, with a supermarket, a wet market, and Chinese restaurants right next door. The room is fully equipped with kitchenware, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer, and a TV, making it perfect for Chinese families traveling together. My parents really liked it. Although it's a bit far from the city, it doesn't affect our sightseeing at all.

Overall, the hotel's location is great. It's close to the subway station, shopping centers, and dining options, and getting to Melbourne Airport is also incredibly convenient.
