Hotel cantik bersih view cantik dan potret setiap sudut sgt cantik,bilik luas, tandas bersih ,bilik besar ,sarapan kari ayam dia sedap TAPI menu kurang sikit hidangan pilihan x banyak 2 hari saya ambik pakej sarapan makanan sama nasi lemak,roti bakar,buah dan maggie/mee.(keseluruhan 8/10) (Kolam kecik kami x mandi pun sbb in door sahaja x de out door sesuai utk kanak2 sbb x besar kolam memanjang 5/10)

I paid myr 30 for breakfast but basically just had 2 toasts. Omelette and some bottled juice. Rest of the food looks terrible .

Extremely noisy when guests are checking in , checking out or even walking past because of the gap between bathroom and corridor. Even when people are dragging their bags could be heard. Early in the morning a group of people are talking so loudly. Room is very big so it took some time for room to get cold. Only rain shower available and water pressure not that strong. I got what looks like a rundown room, no rod in closet. Toilet seat cover broken and not align plus a broken toilet roll holder Suspicious of this room is the only one being used for quest even though I see many rooms. I was even given a key card that looks old with a recycled (used) sleeve card. WiFi is weak! No continuous connection

I have stayed here 2 times.. In 2023 and 2024.. because I went last year, I think this hotel is the best that has come yet.. the kids are happy to be able to swim in the swimming pool.. But the food court downstairs is not as good as it used to be.. Big room comfortable..

The room is specious and the location is good.

Very nice hotel,the reception very friendly,only need to maintain a bit,the item in the room like handbasin cupboard need to fix back,water pressure very slow when in the morning.

Great stay Pros: - clean rooms -got night street market just below with affordable food -service fast include checking in -room ammenities are complete Cons: - some of the towels are worn out -quite outdated design rooms - mattress is abit hard -soundproof room are weak, can hear loud noise from outside -TV has not so many channel, even didnt have vision four

saya kerap check in di sini...tapi kali ni agak kecewa..dah perasan dari awal tahun mcm makin krg servis kebersihan..tapi yakin kan diri juga still check in...tapi kali ni betul2 mengecewakan...1) tandas dekat tepi2 pintu berhabuk 2) tepi pintu nak masuk bhgn dlm pun berhabuk 3) rambut atas almari solek 4) karpet macam x vacum..kaki rasa x sedap je asik pijak mcm2..getah rambut yang halus2 tu pin , rambut jgn ckp la mmg bnyk..brg2 guest sebelum pun ada tercicir mcm pin 5) cadar 1 katil tu mcm x bertukar sbb blh tgk kesan org dah ddk dgn cadar baru pasang mcm mana 6) koridor luar penuh taik burung.. bukan nak jatuh kan tapi ni untuk betul kan semula mana yg x ok sbb hotel ni sebenarnya selesa sgt sbb tu sy kerap check in sini
