A beautiful new hotel in El Poblado. A short taxi from the madness that is Provenza. The 3rd floor is fantastic with the hydrotherapy pool and the infrared sauna. There is also a listening room and yoga room. The staff were so attentive and genuinely warm. The quality of the grab and go non alcoholic and alcohol drinks was high. Coffee amazing. They've nailed it with the breakfast option. No fear of cold scrambled eggs or overeating at a breakfast buffet. I enjoyed both the shakshuka and the benny. I had my laundry done as well and they said it was be ready by the next day but it was done the same day. Definitely stay here!!

The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were both amazing. The breakfast is incredible. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Close walking distance to many restaurants, markets and the eco park.

My legs were itching while sitting on the bed, so I called the front desk to ask for the bedding to be changed. The front desk said that the housekeeper was off work, and then sent a staff member to help me change the sheets, and took away the original quilt and put a new one on it. Give me the quilt for the quilt cover. I thought to myself, forget it, the staff doesn’t speak English, I’ll put on the quilt cover myself! But I found that the other one was also a bed sheet, so I contacted the front desk via WhatsApp, and the front desk said that this was the best they could do. . . I continued to communicate with them and asked to change rooms. The front desk started to say that their quilts were very clean and it must be because I had allergies or something. If the room was still the same after changing rooms, there was nothing they could do blah blah. . . . . If it’s an allergy, it can’t just be itchy legs that have been in contact with bedding, right? I insisted on either changing rooms or checking out before they changed my room. . . Very disappointing for such a highly rated hotel to handle issues. . . The height of the washbasin is too high, and water will flow down from your elbows when you wash your hands. . .

Everything was perfect from the room , to the food, to the service. Everyone is so friendly. The shower was amazing. The bed and the pillows super comfortable. Quiet. Food was amazingly good. Thank you Versus.

This location is new and a very welcoming place. Really well thought out with fantastic amenities and a lot of playful, cozy touches. Eating areas well designed. Saw several digital nomads, couples, singles, people of all ages. Nicely done! It’s our new go-to hotel spot.

Loved our stay, everything was clean and organized. The members at the hotel were very friendly. The only thing I would add is a coffe maker and a microwave, because they do serve food and breakfast, however is only until 10pm. But overall, we had a great experience at the hotel, and will definitely recommend it.

The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest I’ve encountered at any stay that I’ve been all around the world. They were at your fingertips for anything I needed like room service, transportation, and other odd little details. I was in and out constantly at all hours and no matter which shift was staffed they all took the utmost care to make sure I was comfortable. I can’t speak any higher of my stay at Versus and I will be returning in the near future.

Versus is on the way to being one of the top hotels in Medellin. The staff are unobtrusive, friendly and helpful all at the same time, and the food is excellent. If you want to experience Medellin at your own pace this is my recommendation!

The security staff treated me like I was a beggar or something. He didn’t even want me to enter the property and when he finally stood over after I told him I was staying there he was seeing me all mad. The hotel staff were nice enough. I had to change hotel because it was really uncomfortable though.

This is an excellent hotel with an excellent staff Miguel at the front desk was awesome. The property is updated fresh and stylish. I stayed 2 nights. My new go to spot in Medillin.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at the staff is professional and attentive very nice and the hotel is gorgeous,clean and the amenities are great the suite was nice with the view of Medellín and the food is amazing and healthy I will highly recommended it and I will definitely stay there again

Do you have to make some changes, for example, don’t ask for reuse the towels, do you have to put one refrigerator in the rooms because it is a basic need.
