A beautiful new hotel in El Poblado. A short taxi from the madness that is Provenza. The 3rd floor is fantastic with the hydrotherapy pool and the infrared sauna. There is also a listening room and yoga room.
The staff were so attentive and genuinely warm. The quality of the grab and go non alcoholic and alcohol drinks was high.
Coffee amazing.
They've nailed it with the breakfast option. No fear of cold scrambled eggs or overeating at a breakfast buffet.
I enjoyed both the shakshuka and the benny.
I had my laundry done as well and they said it was be ready by the next day but it was done the same day.
Definitely stay here!!

Comfy beds, very clean, friendly staff, safe neighbourhood and great amenities. This is my second stay here and I am very happy with this place.

坐在床上雙腿發癢，打電話給前台要求更換床品，前台説管家已經下班了，然後派了一個工作人員，幫我換了床單，並把原先的被子抱走重新抱了一床沒有被罩的被子給我，我心想算了，工作人員不説英語，我自己套上被罩吧！卻發現另外一個也是床單，於是WhatsApp和前台聯繫，前台説這是他們能做的最大努力了。。。我繼續跟他們溝通要求換房間，前台開始説他們的被子是很乾凈的，肯定是我自己過敏了之類，如果換了房間還是一樣的話他們也做不了什麼blah blah。。。。。如果是過敏，不可能衹是接觸過床品的雙腿發癢吧？我堅持要麼換房，要麼退房才給我換了房間。。。對於這樣高評分的酒店處理問題的方式真讓人失望。。。
洗手枱盆的高度太高，洗個手水都會從手肘流下來。。。

Great staff, great food, great overall stay! A perfect place where to rest after a busy day. Also the view from the room was great.

The safe here was extremely helpful and friendly. The free breakfast options are very tasty & even if you come back for lunch or dinner, the food is delicious. The rooms are very large compared to other hotel rooms.
Next time I find myself in Medellin, I’ll stay here again

This place was amazing. Way beyond my expectations. Beautiful location, amazing and service oriented people, and it made me feel so safe.
The location is beautiful and trendy. Has a complete gym, sauna, indoor pool (loved it!!!) with spectacular views of the city.
The people is so sweet. Every single one of them were attentive, caring and so professional. Loved that they dressed casual and this made me feel so connected to them. They are so focused in bringing their A game always, so to me, they are 10/10. Five stars! The team from the VS Cafe was awesome. The food is incredible. Tasty and organic. You can feel the details and the passion behind it.
This will be my place to be back to Medellin!

Great property, very clean and safe. The rules of the hotel seem bit big brotherish, no guests allowed so it feels a bit like a jail in that sense.

After staying in more than 20 different hotels in the past 2 years, Versus Hotel wins! This is a progressive hotel with international qualities. Your health in every facet is always first here, whether it be dining, yoga, swimming or just simple relaxation.
The rooms are spacious and well planned, each with a gratuitous balcony.
The cafe provides everything you may want and does it well 24/7.
I've traveled the World and rate this hotel innthe Top 3 of all time...its a Super Value for the price. We're so happy to have found this Hotel as we visit Medellin often

Everything was good except one think I understand the don’t allow guests in room but if you want the will charge you money for that
