The room is old and smelly.. Environment is noisy and doesn’t feel safe,not recommended for solo lady. I don’t think look the same as photos shown.

The room is dirty The floor was dusty, stepped on by black feet There are ants, leaving sweet food on the table for a while, the ants will come The AC is a bit broken or I'm not good at pressing it The service wasn't satisfactory, when I checked in the CS wasn't friendly, didn't explain in detail, just gave me the kmr card, didn't greet or explain in detail where the breakfast was blah blah blah Just for a normal breakfast This is the first and last time I stay here Thanks

The place is comfortable, the service is good, hopefully it will be improved in the future

I asked for non-smoking and I am in a smoking area. The AC is noisy and inefficient. Domestic hot water is slow to come, and difficult to adjust. TV is local. Breakfasts without much choice. The access card to the room door works very poorly. The staff did not say that you had to change your room access card every day. In short, I stayed 2 nights which is too much.

Really nice place to stay in Medan. The reception was beautiful and the room was clean and modern.

My stay second time in the hotel , I pick this hotel again for its location near to Medan Station , for my convenience travelling to and from the airport. The staff at the reception is polite and responsive. I book a room package with breakfast and it is good value for convenience not having to go out. The room I check in was a twin room and I consider its very clean. It would be better if some coffee making facilities be added to the room.

The AC for the executive room is not cold.

Very satisfying, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the waiters are very friendly and satisfying, the parking is safe and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and clean.

The Indonesian service staff at this hotel was very lazy and asked them to provide an adapter plug and directly replied that they didn't have one. Later, a Pakistani service staff at the front desk helped me find it. One of the worst things is their breakfast. nothing to eat
