The best stay you can get in Sigiryia and the reason why we might return. Shara and Pregeet were the best hostes and the kindest people you will meet. When you step in their homestay you are part of their family. They helped us with a Safari and Pregeet even joined us on the tour. Shara was incredible in the kitchen and we got the most wonderful breakfast at the time we wanted. This is the place you should stay when going to Sigiryia. You will not regret.

We stay here for a total of 4 nights. Originally booked 3 but extended as the kids loved it so much. Indika was an excellent host and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed, often helping with itinerary and was generous to drop us off many times in his tuk tuk. The rooms were clean and comfortable with aircon, beds were very comfortable. Good location. It was only a few mins to lion rock. The kids loved swimming in the river and feeding the fish. This was our favourite place we stayed during our time in Sri Lanka.

We have been hosted from Madu for 4 nights. The Place was clean and comfortable, we did not have any hot water though and despite she speaks fluently English there have been sometimes communication issues. She also cooked for us breakfast and dinner, food was really good but often late/very late which can be a problem if you plan activities early in the morning.

We were guests of this delicious family, which has created beautiful independent rooms in her farm, the place is charming, immersed in green and in nature. The typical Single breakfast is prepared and served under a typical structure with view of the rock of Sigiriya. Excellent price quality ratio. Recommended!

This was quite simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. World wide. It is small with only ten rooms but it doesn’t feel small. It feels exclusive. Every guest is treated with respect and professionalism but also like family. The location is magnificent. You awake to see Sigiriya Rock and Pidurangala Villas. Between the hotel and the rock is wetland teeming with wildlife, especially birds. You look across the hotels small organic rice fields at the most beautiful sights and sounds. We swam in the pool at sunrise. We breakfasted whilst listening to nature. The chef is a wonder. The food was superb and the service perfect. We wish we had booked to stay longer. It truly is one of Sri Lanka most beautiful gems.

Flower Garden Eco Village is one of the best hotels to stay in Sigiriya. It has the most spectacular environment. Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Food is also good and they have very friendly staff and value for money would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The place is peaceful and very well organised, the chef and team of staff exceptionally helpful and eager to please.
