This family owned and run hotel is a little gem of Italian hospitality furnished by Claudio and Gianluigi. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and the restaurant food is exceptionally good. Yet the highlight of this hotel is the collection of restored vintage Vespa motor scooters and the Fiat cars, notably the 500B Topolino and the 500D nuova lovingly restored and driven by Claudio, almost daily you find one or two of the collection on display on the hotel driveway. Located in a village some 20 minutes from Sorrento by bus the relaxed pace of life here is infectious.

Hotel was excellent, the staff and management where very helpful and informative about the surrounding area and what trips to go on, nothing was too much trouble. The room was newly refurbished and had a great view of the pool. I would certainly go back to this hotel.

We stayed for 10 nights b&b at this hotel. It is clean, comfortable and super welcoming. It is a family run hotel and the warmth and friendliness of the staff extends to the guests making our whole stay one of the friendliest we have had in any hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and you can request omelettes too. The pool area was attractive, a great place to relax after a busy day! The location for us was perfect! The small town of Sant Agata is bustling and offers half a dozen restaurants and cafes of varying price range, the pasticceria was excellent and there is a gelato shop and other food shops. We particularly enjoyed the public bus up and down the mountain which is cheap and takes 30 minutes average, very easy to use and a real experience! Also if you are mobile, walk down the old donkey track to Sorrento. It takes 50 minutes and is steep but it is absolutely worth it if you can!! So much to do in the area and we have loved every minute, this hotel was the perfect base.

What a lovely hotel this was. Beautifully family run business, fantastic friendly staff , with very clean and decorative rooms. We stayed on a Half board basis, food was delicious, and more than ample. There was a wee surprise in the lower basement/car park of the hotel, with small museum of old classic Fiat 500 cars of old. Along with a collection of classic to newer Vespas.

There is so.much to like at this hotel, excellent location, very quiet pool area and the wonderful staff are so nice. For us there were a few things that didn't work and it may have been because it was end of season. The hotel lacked atmosphere, it would have been nice to have a drink here at night but you'd have been on your own. We couldn't get on board with choosing dinner at breakfast time but that's just us. Cardillo restaurant was brilliant and Orlando's is unique and fun. Also great pizza at Buenos Aires. We had our room.changed at a charge which was a refurbished room which was lovely with a huge balcony but we didn't realise the sun never touched the balcony so we never sat out there as it was quite cold. There are a lot of.coach trips in/out of the hotel and sadly they were always staying in our corridor so very noisy early mornings. The bus into Sorrento and surrounding areas is great and makes everything very accessible. Loved the village, everything you need is there. Brilliant walks and scenery. Again thank you to the staff who are very lovely particularly Claudio and the team in the restaurant who work very hard. Not sure we would stay again as there some.things that didn't work for us but that is just our opinion. Happy holidays.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We travelled as a family of 4 with two teenagers aged 16 and 18 and all had a great time. We were half board and the food was excellent - the menu changed every day and there were three options for starters and mains and then dessert or gelato. The seafood was excellent. They were really flexible if you didn't like something on the menu and were really helpful about offering alternatives. There was always space at the pool no matter what time you arrived and it was really peaceful (we were there end July, beginning August) - there was a snack bar at the pool for lunch and drinks. Sant' Agata was a great location - not too touristy with several lovely bars and a few shops (there is a really good supermarket just round the corner), we loved Racy (don't let the name put you off!) cocktail bar for after-dinner drinks. Great cocktails and service. It's about half an hour on the local bus to Sorrento and they are pretty regular (timetable at reception). We also took the local bus to the beach at Marina del Cantone and got the ferry from Sorrento to Naples. Reception staff are very helpful with timetables and travel advice. In fact it's the friendliness and helfpulness of all the staff that makes this a really special experience. We've stayed in Sorrento before and while we loved it too - it was nice to be away from the bustling tourism. Highly recommend.

Our fourth visit to this lovely family friendly hotel.Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff especially Claudio and Gianluigi and restaurant staff Johanna and Mary. The hotel is exceptionally clean in all areas with well kept gardens and pool area. We went half board, breakfast had a good choice of continental items plus eggs, bacon and sausage. We chose from a menu our evening meal at breakfast and the new chef provided a good choice of Italian dishes. We all enjoyed a lovely relaxing break and already looking forward to next year when hopefully we will return.

Brilliant hotel! The staff and management can’t do enough for you. We stayed half board and the food was varied and very good. Only 3 choices per course but that’s enough. We stayed 11 days and had a good selection. Plenty of sun beds, lovely clean pool and a jacuzzi tub in it. Short walk into Sant Agata. Would recommend bar Orlando. The village is fantastic and the buses run regularly to Sorrento. Approx every half hour at €1.50 each way. The bus stops you at the railway station and it’s only €4.50 to go into Naples. Go see the statue of the veiled Christ and book online for a time slot. Sanseverano Chapel. The blue train is a must and goes daily I believe at 10am. The driver is a lovely crazy guy “Toot toot” Overall 10/10 for the hotel. We booked the Capri tour from the hotel €60 each and well worth it as they pick you up from reception. They also do Amalfi and Positano at the same price. A lot cheaper than the holiday company’s. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk away!

We stayed at the hotel for a week and had the most amazing time and great experience. It’s perfect for couples and families, as it is great to have a nice and pleasant time relaxing near the pool or in lobby area. It is very clean and well preserved. But the absolute stars of this hotel are the owners and staff. They could not have been more helpful and welcoming, explaining us every detail, giving variety of recommendations of nice spots and beautiful places, which we wouldn’t even think about ourselves. The grocery store is just right around corner, the Sant’Agata village itself has plenty of restaurants/bars and you can also have a nice walk in the evening. We really felt like home and will definitely come back again! Thanks
