Good location for airport travellers but not so good for dining opportunities away from the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom also roomy and nicely appointed, although we did not like the shower over the bath. The biggest negative was room service margarita pizza we ordered. It came within 20 minutes but was dry, tough, overcooked and not at all appetising. A big fail.

I had my dinner in the hotel restaurant last night. The chicken terrine tastes like rubber pickles and the garlic bread is salty as hell, for which I would like to thank the chef for adding the salt like it’s totally free. A nice couple sitting next to me concluded, “Good service, but sh*tty food”, and they also encouraged me to complain this to the manager. That’s part of why I decide to complain here, but more importantly, to tell more people not to choose their restaurant, and order a freaking Uber eats instead.

Stayed twice. Once in early September and again in late september. Excellent! Clean, modern, well furnished serviced apartment room type hotel. Looks nice and is nice. Great customer service, delicious food, (room service) and comfortable beds. Very clean and windows in the room could be opened. A bit expensive, (what isn`t these days?) but worth the money. Read the details relating to what is on offer at the hotel and pack your swimsuit, (lovely pool) and nice gym. I will return.

Very close to Mascot Station which is only two stations away from the Central Station. There are local provision stores and reasturants nearby and a quiet community.

Very convenient and clean. Very close to the airport and close to the subway to the city center. There is a large supermarket near the subway, making shopping very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils. I bought steak, bread and milk from the supermarket, and I make breakfast and dinner by myself every day. Highly recommended, very cost-effective.

The hotel was perfect for our early morning check in. The room was very comfortable, it’s just steps away from Terminal 1 and the runway view is great to watch the planes. We walked across the evening before our flight and had a lovely meal and looked around the terminal shops. If you prefer to stay in the hotel there is a restaurant there. The gym is very well equipped and is open 24 hours. I definitely highly recommend this hotel.

It was a rather long distance to drag luggage with a child at 11 at night. It was nice to take the airport shuttle in the morning, but It was a shame because it was a long way to get in. The room was large and spacious, but the bathroom was too big and empty. It was a bit scary. Overall, it is clean and satisfactory.

The coffee machine offers paper cup and coffe mug which is benfitifical to customers who are rushing for the flight. The room facilities are new, especially with the TV with Chromecast, it is good for watching YouTube or smart media. The corner sofa and chair are both comfortable and modern in appearance. Improvement needs to be made: 1. Even though there are three lifts, they are too slow to wait for. 2. The pressure of the shower water is just adequate. It can be seen that there is leakage and adhesive used to fill a crack on the hand shower hose.

Generally fine and good place to stay for a night or two. Hotel is in walking distance to the airport (domestic terminal). Personnel is friendly. Rooms are clean. However, the room is generally (even without AC quite loud and the shower has no / little pressure.

Our room, a serene haven, was tastefully decorated, blending modern amenities with subtle touches of elegance. A sweeping view of the city skyline against the setting sun from our window was simply mesmerizing, adding an extra layer of magic to our stay. The cleanliness and peaceful ambiance of the room were second to none, contributing to our restful nights. Evening walks in the hotel's serene gardens, imbued with the soft scent of blooming flowers, brought us closer to nature and each other. Meanwhile, the sleek, tranquil spa with its range of rejuvenating treatments further elevated our stay. Our experience at The Elysium was indeed a magical escape, made even more special by the fact that we shared these wonderful moments together. Clean and very comfortable and quite large hotel room. The staff were friendly and accomodating and having a microwave/toaster in the room was very handy. The location for bus/train to the airport was excellent. A short walk to both the bus stop and the train station. I will definitely choose this hotel again as my 'airport' hotel.

I resist writing reviews but had to make an exception. I have stayed in Moxy’s in New York and loved them. I walked there quicker than getting out of the car park station. Stepped into the lobby and it reminded me how dated everything else is. I used the Hotel as work base and it worked perfectly with plenty of private spaces to make calls etc. I didn’t use the meeting rooms but probably would next time. Another highlight was discovering the very close Mascot village, with cool cafes, cheap eats and apparently one of Sydney’s best banh mi’s (Hong Ha) where I joined the queue. At last I have a cool Sydney Airport stay.
