Lived up to our expectations. Plenty of lush spaces and we especially liked the quiet corners with daybeds - there always seemed to be one free. I had not realised that having a heated pool would be such a plus (it is always heated to 28) but actually when it is hot a heated pool is not such a shock and feels really pleasant to go from air to water and back. The vegetable garden is a delight to stroll around and be sure to visit the goats! Service was very attentive and friendly, and room service came promptly. After 4 days we were just beginning to find the menus limited but they do have daily specials in the pool cafe. Overall a wonderful place to relax with birdsong, wandering peacocks and lots of private shade

This was a last minute trip for us and given that all the hotels we usually stay at in Marrakech were full, we decided to risk staying here. We were pleasantly surprised at the property given the price we paid. It was good value for money. Pools were nice and rooms were spacious enough. Most of the staff at the hotel were very nice especially the house keeping and Tarik and Younes at the pool bar. Having said that, please avoid getting served by Adil. Horrible human being who speaks rudely to guests and when I mentioned this to him, was getting aggressive with me. Worst service I have ever received by an individual at any of the hotels I have stayed in. The reception staff are quite cold as well. If you're looking for a decent hotel at a decent price then this hotel does the job.

Dar Ayniwen is truly a magical way to visit Marrakech. We have been coming to Dar Ayniwen for eight years. Although we have stayed at some large luxury hotels in the city, we much prefer Dar Ayniwen. It is a way to have a beautiful and relaxing experience in Morocco and at the same time have easy access to the excitement of the Medina, with transport back and forth arranged at any time. Stephane and Aziz make sure the service is perfect. It is great to be back after the pandemic and see that everything we have loved about Dar Ayniwen is there again, including the food and wine. There is nothing much better than breakfast by the pool, listening to the birds -- and the birds at Dar Ayniwen remain amazing. It is our daughter's favorite place away from home. We highly recommend Dar Ayniwen to anyone traveling to the Marrakech area for couples or families.

We spent wonderful days in Caravanserai with the Rotary Club with 28 people. The rooms are generous and individual and carefully maintained. The accommodation is very quietly located. The right place to tank. The atmosphere is simply charming with the beautiful lighting. The dinner was served at the pool or tent in the desired garden. The food was very tasty and fine. The staff is very friendly, attentive and premature. Chapeau for Philippe. He is an organizational talent. We're happy to come back as a couple or with a group or for a special celebration. I recently stayed at Palais Mehdi in Marrakesh, Morocco and it was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. And let's not forget about the beautiful pool, which was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. Free parking too! We stayed here for one night at beginning and one night at end of our guided tour of Morocco. I was nervous after reading poor reviews but needn’t have been. The hotel had beautiful, spacious communal areas, including a lovely pool area and large, very comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms. The hotel was very busy on our final night so food offering and drinks service suffered a little. All staff were so pleasant and accommodating. Mustafa in the restaurant was so cheerful, friendly and helpful. I must give special mention to Abdul. Our luggage was lost and then delayed on outward journey and I was upset as we had been travelling all night and had no sleep. Abdul couldn’t have been more helpful and concerned and assisted us in contacting our local agency to arrange assistance. On our return to the hotel at the end of our trip, his customer service was also absolutely excellent. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel! People have commented that the hotel is some way out of town but taxis are so amazingly inexpensive that this is not an issue and you have the benefit of being in a lovely quiet area. A super hotel!
