The hotel has an excellent location, the reception is good, and the breakfast is excellent, but the room furniture is normal, as well as the size of the TV screen, relative to the size of the room, as well as room service at a good and normal level

Hugely disappointed with this hotel which has nothing of a 5 star that I could have done in other countries, the spa is not located in the hotel but 3 minutes walk away, the swimming pool not very lit smells of humidity which goes back, the classic sauna, the classic hammam, dilapidated changing rooms, elevator not maintained, classic buffet breakfast not wow, nice room you are welcomed with a plate of fruit and oriental cakes but impression that they have given a lick of paint once slight smell, the shower was clogged it overflowed a little, etc etc... In short, I do not recommend this hotel given the price and it does not deserve 5 stars.

My experience was very good at the hotel .. The food was SO delicious.. the view was magnificent .. I also liked the service cause the staff were incredibly friendly especially the hostess Fati who always wears a beautiful smile towards the clients

We loved our experience at the hotel. The premices were lovely the rooms super cosy and the staff exceptionally kind. Biggest shoutout to the lovely and joyful Amal who was specifically caring towards us making our stay memorable thank you 💞. The food was also AMAZING delicious and clean thanks to the entire staff. Very much recommended for families.

Snack bar au top , service impeccable , nous avons pris des pizzas pour les enfants et des sandwichs qui étaient succulents. Bon ambiance autour de la piscine . Tarik , Adil et Youness vous êtes au top . A bientôt.

The stay was very nice, we enjoyed the hotel the city the rooms and the staff who was particularly nice. The hotel is very clean and the spaces lovely. The rooms are cute amd cosy. Special thanks to the sweet Amal whose happy face and kindness filled our night with joy !!

This was a last minute trip for us and given that all the hotels we usually stay at in Marrakech were full, we decided to risk staying here. We were pleasantly surprised at the property given the price we paid. It was good value for money. Pools were nice and rooms were spacious enough. Most of the staff at the hotel were very nice especially the house keeping and Tarik and Younes at the pool bar. Having said that, please avoid getting served by Adil. Horrible human being who speaks rudely to guests and when I mentioned this to him, was getting aggressive with me. Worst service I have ever received by an individual at any of the hotels I have stayed in. The reception staff are quite cold as well. If you're looking for a decent hotel at a decent price then this hotel does the job.

If you're looking for a fantastic hotel in Marrakesh, I highly recommend the Hotel du Golf Rotana. It's an absolute gem! The staff is super friendly, the architecture is stunning, and the whole atmosphere is so peaceful. The rooms are cozy and comfy, and the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the city.
