Perfect I have nothing to complain about I like this hotel and the room

A beautiful hotel with a very high price-to-quality ratio

Hotel located in the heart of Orange but unfortunately during our last visit there we were shocked by the work around the hotel which prevented us from spending a peaceful night and also as the hotel does not have private parking the next morning I found the car filled with dust because of the works of the municipality of Marrakech. Whoever goes there at the moment will be surprised by the state of the hevirnage 3 months ago It’s a construction site that spoils all the beauty of this neighborhood, especially during the summer holidays. Unfortunately they did not find any other time to do their work than in July and August.

Great stay at Jadali Hotel. Food was top-tier & team were exceptional in accommodating our needs. Will definitely be sure to stay here again when we’re back in Morocco. Namely Youssef, Tarik, Hanane, Yacine, Latifa, Kamal, Jamal, Emad, Hassan.

Hotel Jadali is a good hotel located in the downtown of Marrakech. It is a well designed boutique hotel that has warm and inviting tones that speak well of the North African esthetic. It is a modern design with attentive and friendly staff. It is a great option as opposed to grander and more expensive hotels downtown. A complaint I have is of the breakfast offering. The bread options are quite lackluster and have not very good options. No whites or wheats. The dining area can also do with an insect catcher or a device that can ward them off as this can be disruptive a-times. Also for taxi cab options , the hotel is better off helping guests with online ride hailing options as regular cab drivers can seriously inflate the prices of cab fares and this sometimes can cause some level of anxiety. Summarily it is a good hotel, however a few additions in customer service and meals will add extra notches to this hotel.

I travelled to Marrakesh for the first time with my best friend. We checked Jadali Hotel & Spa's reviews before booking our hotel. Surprising, we are so glad we made the best choice. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Everything was perfect, the room, so clean, comfortable beds. The room came with complimentary water, tea, apples and oranges and when they were finished it was replaced the next day. Hanane and her team were amazing. They were so helpful and provided everything we needed to know around Marrakesh. The breakfast was amazing, I have added some weight. Then finally the Spa treatment in the basement was fabulous. My friend and I had the Hammam black soap scrub and a neck and shoulder massage. My skin is so soft and glowing. My friends asked what have you done to your face, it looks amazing and i have recommended this hotel to them for facial treatment.

Perfect. Stayed there over New Year's. Spa is great. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff is great. Rooms was perfect with great view of the action. Very well located. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of Jadali Hotel is just perfect! The rooms offer stunning views and the staff is incredibly responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I dined at their restaurant 'Omazonia,' where the food was outstanding—fresh ingredients and excellent quality. The mesmerizing SPA, Yemaya, is a must-visit with a wide selection of treatments. The indoor pool and hamam are truly amazing. Overall, I had a wonderful and unforgettable experience at Jadali Hotel. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Marrakech!

A nice contemporary hotel located in the new part of the town. The hotel is 15 min walk from medina. I found it much convenient than staying in Medina which is significantly more crowded, slightly difficult to navigate through and has high chances of cheated. The restaurant on the ground floor with outdoor seating and roof top bar serves Amazon food and drinks. There are quite a few nice restaurants next to the hotel. Rooms are modern and fairly spacious.

We stayed at Jadali for 4 nights and the stay was nothing short of exceptional. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Mehdi, who made us feel right at home, him and the rest of the staff were extremely hospitable through the visit and were always at hand to help with any questions we had, recommendations and bookings. The room was lovely, and the facilities are great, we had a traditional Hamam at the spa which was excellent, and a unique experience. The downstairs pool is incredible, and I suggest making the most of it during your visit. Overall, a terrific hotel, excellent facilities and very hospitable staff. Shout out to Mehdi and the rest of the team!

Jadali is wonderful boutique hotel that delivers on the promise of a personalised, and stylish experience. Within hours of arrival we felt like one of Jadali family. The rooms are stylish with latest smart, HD TVs. The restaurant is first rate, the spa and hammam relaxing and well done. The service level in this hotel is truly impressive, the team is amazing! I really loved the breakfast experience, which is quite typical of Morocco.

Oumaima and the whole Jadali staff were really helpful during our short stay at the hotel to celebrate my friend’s bachelorette party. We had a great time, rooms were nice, our requests were all met, food was also nice, highly recommend!
