Warm friendly welcome and happy, smiling, personal service from everyone - a wonderful place to stay with no negative comments. In common with everyone we encountered in Marrakech there was humour, help and assistance and great personal service of a high standard. Totally recommended and we plan to return.

The Riad is very nice and an authentic home. Conveniently located in the Medina but far away from the chaos to be quiet. The staff is excellent, very attentive and helpful! Highly recommend for travelers interested in an authentic accommodation in the Medina innMarrakech.

This Riad was so beautiful and the service was exceptional. From the very get go- you will be delighted by the beautiful architecture , interiors and rooms of this Road as well as their great service. The staff gave us a tour , sat us down and provided details on where we could visit and eat in Marrakech. They also helped us arrange cabs whenever and wherever we needed . Had a really good time.

We had 2 weeks around morroco before we arrived at the Riad Almisk. It was the standout accommodation of the whole trip. From our wonderful greeting by Ismail, a tour of our room and a welcome tea on the rooftop dining / pool area , we were continually made to feel special by all the attentive staff. English was well spoken too. We enjoyed the in-house massage . This is a beautiful hotel in true morroco style plus everything looks new and works very well. 10 /10 for the bathroom. 😀 Location is great in a narrow street with shops and small restaurants. 5 min walk to the main square. Taxis can deliver/ pick up from the front door. Dave & Lesley.

TL;DR: this Riad is the perfect balance of luxury, cost, location, service. Highly recommend.
This Riad has only been open for 4 months at the time we stayed and it’s clear they’ll be on some top 10 lists soon. The staff is super attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself is even nicer, with one of the more prettier courtyards. There are plenty of spots for pictures. The location is great for the price.
We stayed for 1 night before getting up for a Sahara tour the next day. They made us little to-go breakfasts that were amazing and adorable. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer for the spa and a multi-day experience.

Absolutely beautiful Riad with the most amazing, attentive staff. From the initial booking of the Riad the staff were so helpful. Ishmail booked us a taxi from the airport and made us feel so welcome when we arrived giving us a tour of the Riad then offering us a mint tea and cookies on the terrace (with a beautiful rooftop pool with complementary towels). Ishmail then provided us with maps and showed us directions to the must see places - saadian tombs (few minutes walk) and the medina and souk are all within a short walk from the Riad. The interior design of the hotel is simply beautiful. The bedrooms are so relaxing and peaceful. We had a wonderful nights sleep and felt so welcome and looked after. We had a hammam at the riad (staff were again amazing). The breakfast (included) was delicious (fruit, yoghurt, juices, pancakes, bread, omelette, jams) and the menu served on the terrace was delicious. Thank you to Ishmail, Bashir, Mustapha, the hammam ladies and all the staff who made us so welcome at this beautiful Riad. We can't wait to come back again. ❤️ amazing ❤️
