Hotel padrão porém a limpeza inicial deixou a desejar.
Tinhas umas sujeiras no box do banheiro e a tampa do vaso estava meio solta. De resto ok.

O hotel, de maneira geral, é bom, mas há pontos que precisam melhorar. A chave tem que ser "recarregada" todo dia. A própria equipe falou que é um problema recorrente. Com relação ao café da manhã, não há preocupação com cardiopatas. Só frutas não resolve o problema, é preciso leite desnatado(pode ser em pó mesmo) ou vegetal. É preciso queijo branco, farelo de aveia ou grãos (não é granola).Paguei só um dia pelo café em funçao da falta de opções. Pode parecer bobagem para quem não tem restrições a qualquer tipo de gordura, mas, para mim, é muito sério.

é a 2a vez que me hospedo neste hotel, eles tem um custo benefício muito bom, mas inventaram um processo de dois cartões, um do apartamento e um do café que deixou as coisas confusas. E dois dias que cheguei para o café da manhã entre 7:30 e 7:45 não tinha mesa limpa para usar,

O grande problema é o atendimento, que precisa melhorar muito!
Não havia absolutamente NADA de sabonete no dispenser. O atendente noturno foi muito grosseiro, discutindo comigo para me obrigar a estacionar numa vaga incompativel com meu veiculo. Pra terminar, filas gigantes pra check-out.
Não retorno! Tem outros hoteis com preço similar e atendimento mais adequado.
Sinceramente, nunca vi um atendente discutir com cliente por causa de uma vaga de estacionamento. Ainda mais pagando pelo serviço! Bom frisar que não há local próximo para estacionar. Se chegar tarde, capaz de ter que espremer o carro entre outros dois.
A fila na saida também poderia ser evitada com um check-out express.
