Hotel is in a decent part of town and in good shape. There was no soap or face cloths in the bathroom, but the front desk took care of the problem as soon as I let them know. The fridge wasn't working and the A/C unit was noisy. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The price was much better than any other hotel I looked at in the area.

Have to purchase breakfast - $9.95 per adult. Extra $20.00 incidentals charge not mentioned. You do havr it put back to card if not used when you check out.

There was mold in the shower, I only got three channels on the tv. Dirty AC unit and a stain on the carpet.

The staff was kind, even with a misunderstanding, but was easily and quickly resolved. Room was spacious and clean, my only complaint was the water didn’t get hot enough.

Stayed at this hotel while en route to Florida. Hotel is outdated and they’ve used Band-Aid solutions to pass it off. The shade in our window was ripped and pulled down. Bathroom was dirty. Had an overall dingy smell in the entire hotel. The water pressure in the evening was very poor. The children could barely take a shower the next morning there was no water pressure. Windows are old and clearly hear everything outside not to mention. The walls are paper thin. we just wanted somewhere to rest for the continuation of our drive and we were more tired in the morning. Would not recommend staying here and he definitely will not again.

Photos of this hotel were highly misleading. When we got to the hotel we were moved from a king room to a two queen due to rain and the king rooms being in a different building. Turns out they exit to the outside, motel style, which was not clear when booking. Interactions with the front desk were odd at best, hinting towards the sorry state of the facility. The hotel looks updated in photos, but the hallways were dirty, our bathroom handle was falling off, the phone in the room was absolutely disgusting, and the hallways and rooms had a lingering smoke smell. I am glad we only stayed one night, as even that felt like too much. This hotel is not Wyndham quality, and needs a managerial overhaul.

We thought a free breakfast was included they wanted to charge $10.00 per person. We changed rooms 3 times. One did not have a shower I cannot step that high for a tub shower They informed us that there was only one in entire building and that was unavailable .the heater was also broke so we go to next room where the bed was not made. We finally got room and people had tv so loud. We will never stay there again

Maintenance in room was needed. The night shade was detached from roller at both ends. Allowed light in from parking lot. Desk light fixture was broken. Strike plate for bathroom door was hanging down. All easy fixes—and needed!
