Breakfast was great and the people were kind. The splash pad area was down which was sad, the room was clean but the water for the shower came out a very light brown. The pool area was fun and the hot tub was awesome.

We were on the 1st floor and we could hear the guest above us walking around which seemed like all night the thumping and the floor squeezing we barely got any sleep the water didn’t get hot enough at night time , the water in pool was comfortably warm

Kids had a blast! All of the staff were exceptionally nice. It gets very loud in the pool area with all those kids. Bring earplugs!

Kids absolutely loved it. There was some people throwing a football around in the pool which I thought wasn’t the best idea since there was young children everywhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. I was really nervous about the hotel itself because of a different comfort inn I had been to. This one was GREAT! I asked for extra towels and shortly after they were delivered, the room itself was clean, and front desk was great except for one woman who seemed to be really stressed out that day. The breakfast was good - no complaints! We were lucky enough to do weekdays so it wasn’t busy AT ALL. The pools were maintained well and the kids had an absolute blast! We had a room with a view of the pool and didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall, we were thrilled to stay here and can’t wait to come back!

This was the nastiest hotel with the rudest staff I’ve ever seen!! Never again will I ever go there!! I told everyone I know to stay away
