The hotel was situated very close to the train station… not noisy though… and close to the water and little town with a lot of character and very good restaurants. Easy to get to other parts of Lake Como by train or ferry. We loved it. Although the room was comfortable, the shower was tiny and a little mouldy for my liking and they ran out of towels so I had to use hand towels to shower. Lucca was a great host!

Hotel with restaurant nearby the lake. Value for money, but noisy on main road. Walking distance to the lake Como. Lovely village. Typical italian breakfast. The hotel is a little bit out of date and need a fresh up.

Very clean and welcoming hotel/restaurant. Located in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff. The dishes were exquisite and beautifully presented. Definitely come back and definitely recommend!

the day after booking (one night only) I called the hotel advising that due to a sudden hospitalization I would have to postpone the stay. I didn't ask for a refund but simply to use my payment on another date, even at their choice... They preferred to pocket €42 and twirl their thumbs rather than please a customer. What to say!?

We were only here to eat. Very good pizza at a fair price. Nice and courteous service. You sit with a view of the Grigna mountain, but the road is quite noisy despite the protective hedge. Unfortunately, Couperto (2,-) only contains the friendly service.

I had already been there for 3 days last year and apart from the age of the room I was not bad .. this time one night was enough! I had a noisy room and breakfast was a landslide! It is not possible that in the morning there is only one person who has to extricate himself from accounts for departing customers ... making cappuccino coffees etc ... at 8:40 the breakfast buffet consisted of 4 or 5 mini brioches ... 3 slices of rye bread and one of bread from the day before .... fruit juices almost finished .... 3 fruit yogurts and as many whites .... the usual jams and 2 slices of bresaola cut I don't know when! I left at 9 and 10 and the trays were no longer filled .... It is not my habit to criticize like this but on this occasion I cannot do without it ..... hoping that it is constructive criticism to do better because the staff is kind .... The lunch of the day before discreet .... The photo is at 9 and 10 .... considering that breakfast ends at 10 .....

The property is not brand new, but nice enough. Close to the station and convenient parking. Not perfect cleaning, but in the rooms it was ok. Hearty sweet and salty breakfast. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to experience this hotel 100%.

My partner and I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The clean room excellent catering. Friendly staff. The only crooked note is the room on the second floor without a lift because an older building is still recommended
