Excellent stay! Our recent stay was excellent! The location was perfect and the facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness of the property was impressive and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We felt that we got great value for our money and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area. The only thing that I don’t like is the smell in the lobby because I have a sinusitis problem. Very close to makati and to the malls.

Very convenient and accessible location

It's okay, but not good like other Go Hotel branch experience got. Madilim ang hotel saka parang luma na. Medyo nakakatakot lang din kasi around 2am biglang nagoopen ang tv ng kusa. Saka yong location di siya parang hotel. Honestly review lang mga 7/10. Dahil siguro nacocompare ko siya sa mga Go Hotel branch na napag stayhan ko. Yong room na bini*** sa akin sa mga gitna kaya walang window, in which parang kakatakot siya. Sorry Go Hotel Mandaluyong pero mahal yong hotel not like other branch na mas mura pero mas maganda at mas malinis at maaliwalas yong paligid.

Satisfied customer. One thing I want to suggest about your night shift staff she is not fit with her position she is not approachable.

The hotel staff is nice and approachable. This is perfect for those who would like to stay in Metro Manila as its accessible to public transportation like MRT station, taxi etc. and this is nearby to well known landmarks. I appreciate that hotel grant my request to assign in high floor with city view. The hotel is clean and very quite, also its very convenient to buy food or any stuff as there are stores outside. The only thing I noticed is there is no soap and shampoo anymore I think they forgot to refill the bottle and also there is no slippers. But everything is good. I recommend this 10/10.

I enjoyed our stay at Go Hotels last night. From guards to staffs, they're all accommodating and helpful. Its location is just 8mins away from our event's place so I didn't have a hard time going home after the party. What I liked more in my stay was the memory pillow. It really helped me sleep soundly. I've read from one of the comments that there was no toiletries when they checked in. They can just dial 0 and request instead of leaving a 1 star. I even borrowed a blower from them. I didn't take much picture of my room, but here's the view from my window. The previous Robinsons Pioneer.

Go Hotels offers spacious rooms and a conveniently accessible location near various establishments. However, the weak internet connection and limited TV channels could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly, the rooms smells good, clean and comfy, amenities are good and properly working except for the lights specially in the bathroom area it's kind of dim and because of it I can't fix myself better. A little fixing point for the bathroom lights. The hotel is very accessible to transportation. also the malls, gyms and food bazzar are 3-5 minutes walking distance only. All in all I could recommend it to my local and foreign friends.

They're not so welcoming to the guests. They don't even have greetings when you're coming in. It seems like they're not happy seeing you checking in the hotel. They're not helpful with the luggage you brought.

We always stay here when ever were here in manila,as expected the staffs are accomodating,plus clean and accessible to foods and transportation,malls and gym are also few blocka away.good place to stay as ita in the center of the metro.and lastly the place is silent in terms of relaxing u will surely feel relaxed from toxic noise of the city…highly recomended.

Service great -ask them to change the beddings & towels ...they didn't forgot it For improvement -I hope they have free slippers. - & top up tissue automatically ..(stayed 4 days /2 people )
