I had a few difficulties with the wifi but it always worked in lobby. The television signal went off, but eventually repaired.
Staff in all areas were very pleasant and very helpful. Lovely location. Much appreciated.

Nice new hotel. Good location in front of the beach, clean rooms with a nice view, new amenities look pretty fashionable.
It's my 2nd stay here. Highly recommended

One night stay for transfer. It is perfect location and can be a good options for staying one night for moving into the island.

一家三口定了個標房，酒店預訂時衹有夫妻倆訊息，所以要換到家庭房，加錢都不行。預訂前就是看了“歡迎小童入住，不加床不加錢”這類政策才選的這家酒店。但是酒店方面比較強硬，不換房就不行...最後在攜程的協調下還是換到了家庭房（補差價）。説有機場接送服務，其實是有償接送，單程15刀，打車衹需要6刀。拋開這些酒店環境不錯，面朝大海，這海水浴場雖然和馬代那些旅遊島上不好比，但是也吊打三亞100%的浴場了，遠處有防浪堤，游泳很安全。周邊設施齊全，往居民區走走還有個大型超市，價格實惠。呼嚕馬累也是那種寧靜的南亞小鎮

深惡痛絕！絕對雷區！床上都是蟎蟲或者是其他的蟲。。。看看這個床單！我都要吐了！
晚上居然沒有熱水，叫了人，也不來修。
！！！！！！100塊都覺得不值得。。早早的退了房。

早於兩個月前已經(用比一般市價昂貴)預定, 但此酒市沒有跟進我們今次是為了慶祝結婚紀念日而特地由香港飛去一晚住宿的 , 沒有為我們upgrade海景房，房間只是看到屋頂亦沒有園景, 而且酒店櫃檯服務員說沒有收到我們的由Trip.com.轉寄去的此特別需要的信件，還回應是因為trip.com已把我們賣給了******* 網站, 所以沒有反映我們的要求，所以我們掃興得哭了，酒店櫃枱也沒受理，叫我們不用再請求。
