This is my 2nd stay in Rusutsu Resort (first - 14 years ago in summer). This resort is huge, even though with huge crowd of people, it is never crowded. The rooms were comfy and we had a good night sleep. Lots of variety for buffet in Oktoberfest (with Hokkaido snow crabs for dinner) and the food were replenished quickly. We rented the ski equipment from the resort. The staff who attended me was very helpful and patient, though other staff who served my spouse not so. The snow was powdery soft. It was snowing towards the evening, the place was lit up with lights, creating a beautiful scenery outside. We visited the Kotobuki Hot Spring which was nice and comforting.

The hardware is super good and has everything, including an oven, induction cooker, rice cooker, toaster, pots and pans, and even a dishwasher. You can also watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV. However, because this B&B has a rest day schedule for employees, there are no staff at all on that day, including drivers, so it cannot be considered a hotel. The biggest problem is that right next door is the Freddies Bar. Foreigners’ favorite heavy bass dance music can play from ten o’clock in the evening until closing time at two o’clock in the morning. This can be seen from the fact that there are earplugs in the supplies. Google can get a first look at the fun inside the bar. This hotel chooses a work and rest clock that can match the bar opening hours, or guests who have excellent sleep quality and cannot wake up from the shock.

Located at the base of Mount Yotei, this campsite lets you enjoy nature's beauty across all seasons, hassle-free. Ideal for those who love the outdoors but prefer not to carry equipment.

I have been staying at the Green Leaf off and on for over 10 years. It is an excellent location for ski-in, ski-out, but unfortunately the hotel services have gone downhill. I had two rooms, and the Wi-Fi never worked in either room or the routers could not be fixed. Limited Wi-Fi was obtained by using a neighboring room. The room radiators which was convenient for drying gloves and ski clothes, I was informed, have been permanently turned off. Most disappointing of all is the morning breakfast. My family and I had always looked forward to it, but it has continued to get more frugal and sparce every year and is now comparatively poor from what it was 10 years ago. The hotel is trying to save money in the wrong way. It is obvious that the entire setup is now being outsourced. The supervisor in charge is very nice and personable, and doing his best with what is available, but the food quality is very average, and even the personnel are no longer Japanese. There used to be a nice coffee station as you exited the buffet room. It is gone. Real cream for your coffee, gone. Nuts, grains, and raisins for yogurt, gone. Assorted cheese section, gone. Assorted multigrain breads, gone, and the general food quality has become cheap. The Goshiki Restaurant, from 2nd hand sources, all expressed their disappointment with this evening restaurant in the same way as the breakfast. If food is not a concern, then the Green Leaf will be fine for you. If food is important for a nice ski-in, ski-out vacation, then you might consider a neighboring hotel instead.

Yvonne and colleagues were all very cheerful and always ready to offer assistance. Very clean and great scent throughout the ground floor and check in lobby. Free ride up to Gondola saved us energy climbing all the way up. Much appreciated for the complimentary upgrade to bedroom suite with city view. As the first stop of our honeymoon trip, my wife and I were delighted and already missing the restful experience!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the hotel team was met with genuine kindness and a willingness to assist. The attention to detail that the staff exhibited was truly remarkable. Our room was always impeccably cleaned and beautifully presented, making us feel like we were stepping into a sanctuary each time we returned. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their diligence and dedication in maintaining such high standards. We were also thoroughly impressed with the outstanding dining experiences at the hotel. The chefs' culinary skills and the waitstaff's attentiveness created an exquisite dining atmosphere. Each meal was a delight to our taste buds, and we appreciate the effort that went into crafting such memorable gastronomic moments. Beyond the physical aspects, what truly sets your hotel apart is the genuine care and personal touch that your staff provided. Whether it was offering insightful recommendations for local attractions or going out of their way to fulfill our requests, the level of service we received was exceptional. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team, including the concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and anyone else who contributed to making our stay so extraordinary. We sincerely appreciate their hard work and dedication. Our time at the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will undoubtedly cherish the memories we made during our stay. The staff commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience is evident, and we look forward to returning in the future. Once again, thank you for making our stay truly remarkable. This hotel delivers more than expected! Usually the websites over promise and under deliver however this was the other way around! As others have mentioned rooms are quite small but completely adequate, the only thing we could suggest would be to offer coffee & tea in the room (there is a kettle & fridge). Bathroom has toileteries which are decent quality. Room was warm and thus ski clothes were dried well. There is good storage for ski equipment and a lovely small gym with good quality kit (open 24/7) All staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area giving good instructions and suggestions for places to eat. There is a shuttle service to the town but it is also a pleasant walk (without ski gear!) The small convenience store on site is ok but a little expensive (although this is independant of the hotel) Breakfast is plentiful, everything fresh and inviting to eat - there is an egg station where you can get eggs any which way. The diner us surprisingly good - a small menu but made to order and like breafast very fresh. The bar does happy hour and some lovely cocktails :) There is a ”common room” whereby you can cook for yourself - this would be good if travelling in a group. Overall a great mid priced (low for the area!) hotel

Service is the worst among all Hilton hotels i visited. Not enough staff and most of them are either inexperienced or not trained! An experienced ones are not welcoming at all and just talking among themselves on the concierge desk. Shuttle bus also delayed and not showed up according to the schedule provided. Room is old and TV channels are all domestic ones only. Restaurants don’t have proper wine menu and staff have no knowledge about wine /sake. Good thing is the location, next to ski slopes and niseko village.

The boss appointed this one, located in the city center, and the services are as good as ever. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

So great place we have the whole house, fully furnished with kitchen facilities super view!!!
