I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Makati Diamond Residences, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The amenities at this property are simply outstanding. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool area is an oasis of relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options catering to every palate. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Makati, making it convenient to explore the city. What truly sets Makati Diamond Residences apart is their attention to detail and commitment to making guests feel at home. We love coming back here because of the prime location and accessibility to everything. We were surprised when one of the Bellman remembers us since our last stay was in January 2024. I just hope that the hotel management will reiterate the staffs to greet the quests no matter who it is what they are wearing. One thing it feels a bit off for me was only once in a blue moon you get a greeting from the staff around especially at the breakfast. Genuine warm hospitality is the best key to make your guest feel special and comfortable. But overall it’s still a good stay. We truly appreciate the handwritten card from the GM. Thank you Shangrila Makati for making my Birthday month a sweet one. Our Home away from Home in Makati.

My first trip to MNL loved the central location with greenery around, the staff all went out of their way to please us. Minor issues with tv remote control were quickly resolved. My only side comment is that the property could do more for the environment by: putting some solar panels on the roof, filtering the chimney smoke coming out, on roof. Also in this day and age plastic pet bottles could easily be replace by local glass bottles and a small sign in the room asking guests to place towels in bathtub in case they shoul be laundered is something we all appreciate - our towels were changed daily- I forgot to make a sign for housekeeping team! But overall wonderful experience your lobby is fabulous and what a vibe anytime congratulations ! We will be back certainly! Robert & Busaba from Phuket.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Encore Makati, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The hotel’s location is excellent, situated in the heart of Makati, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and business districts. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities like a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a reliable air-conditioning system. The bathroom was spotless, with all necessary toiletries provided. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of dishes that catered to both local and international tastes. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in a cozy dining area. Another standout feature was the rooftop bar, which provided a stunning view of the city skyline and served as a perfect spot to relax in the evening. The hotel also has a well-maintained fitness center, which was a bonus for keeping up with workouts during my stay. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. They were always attentive, polite, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions or addressing any requests promptly, their service was impeccable. The Ramada Encore Makati offers excellent value for money, combining affordability with top-notch service and amenities. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Makati.

I stayed here on business from March 18-23, 2013. I originally booked a one bedroom business suite and then upgraded to a two bedroom business suite. It is in a great location in a secure Makadi area. There is an entrance to Glorietta mall, close to Greenbelt mall and some coffee shops. The room is spacious and the view is very good. The pool is large. The staff is very polite. Hotel channel shows images of people entering and leaving the hotel in the reception area (you can see it when you are bored) The buffet is rich in variety and has a great influence in Asia. Language has never been a barrier. Continue to give water bottles. There are hundreds of channels to choose from on the TV in each room. There are audio sockets and alarm clocks. The elevator is always available. The staff is constantly greeting you.--- I booked a non-smoking room but upgraded to a smoking room. The building looks like an apartment building in communist country, it is gray and depressing. The entrance is annoying, you need to go up to the sixth floor and walk to another elevator. The furniture and carpets are worn out. The air conditioning is in the master bedroom, making the room look noisy. No free Wi-Fi available (84 pieces). It is difficult to get a taxi in front of the hotel and you need to walk to the bustling taxi area. The breakfast buffet is expensive. The hair dryer is inferior. The shower head is a bit faulty.

GGuest UserI had an early booking for my travel to Vietnam and in between flights i have to stay in manila for 20hrs. I booked a hotel in Hop Inn and already mentioned and included the option for early check in and check out. It was such a tiring travel and when I get to the hotel, i was expecting to have a rest early in the morning. The hotel staff was really nice but they did not allow me to book an early check in despite having it included as an option on my booking. I arrived at 7 in the morning and had to wait until 2pm to finaly rest. I dozed off at the lobby until 2pm and finally when my room was ready i rested inside only for 5hours because i had to check out early. Was the price worth it for my stay? I think not.
