Good place 1. 5 km from meenachi temple and very near to railay station, parking available with good place. Hotel have change bed type. Other than that very nice

Stay was okay. For the service offered cost is very high. Bathroom was leaking, untidy. 12pm to 10 am was too short timing. Only advantage is parking available and near to meenakshi temple. But hotel is situated in very congested area

Overall experience was good. Rooms were clean, room service was bit slow and the main downside was no staff understood hindi and some staff also didn't understand english which was a bit difficult for me to convey any message. Everything else was fine.

Very average hotel. They are allowing to stay for 22 hours only ( for one day stay. There are betterplaces to stay in the samelocation.

1.no room service at all 2 no one picks up phone at reception for continuous 5 to 10 min 3 ..TV NOT WORKING..COMPLAINED & THEN AFTER 55 MIN TECHNICIAM CAME ..& RECEPTION WALA SAYS HE INFORMATED TECHNICIAN 55 MIN BACK ..WHY HE DID NOT COME ..ASKING THE GUEST. 4. Also I asked mobile nos of mgr / gm or CEO of this hotel ..I was flately refused

The room was good, however the services were not good. We were charged rs 80 for four plates and that too arrived after multiple chasers. Could have been better.
