一共在這個酒店住了5天，服務人員都很熱情。早餐煎蛋卷好吃，房間提供膠囊咖啡，房間分區合理，隔音也較好，枕頭和床也都比較舒服。酒店周邊的環境非常好，乾淨安全晚上安靜，入住和退房都很快速，非常滿意的一次入住。

酒店位置非常好，附近很安靜，一看就是一個非常不錯的社區。旁邊有88路公交，去泰晤士河周圍的景點非常方便。離ubet boat碼頭步行也就是十來分鐘。倫敦酒店貴，房間很小，大箱子打開困難，早餐一般，住了四天，早餐一點變化都沒有。沒有瓶裝水，但有玻璃瓶去每個樓層的接水站接水。總體來説，來倫敦選擇的第一站酒店，還是很方便出遊的。

酒店所在的區域非常安全，步行五分鐘有碼頭可以直接去格林威治。去市區坐公交車也很方便，附近就有直達市中心的公交車

非常滿意，酒店距離威斯敏斯特教堂、大本鐘都是步行距離，距離白金漢宮也很近。周邊很安靜，軍情五處就在隔壁，感覺很安全，孩子也很喜歡。
設施：房間很新，也比較有設計感，雖然面積不大，但在倫敦也可以理解。
服務：要重點説一下，在英國的十幾天也住了好幾個酒店，衹有這家酒店有行李運送到房間的服務
