Everything is fine, but the pillow is not very clean, the towel is clean, at least you can smell the disinfection of ozone.

Great location to stay after the new year eve party without the need to take the tube. Just 10- 15mins walk back. Service staffs doesn't look as friendly as I expected but still help with my overall pleasant stay.

This is an unforgettable experience, It is a truth : this Hotel was a famous four star one. Their facility, sanitation, environment, service four standards totally l am satisfied. Their stuffs friendly manner is OK!

Overall the service and location are good. One thing I found very annoying and offensive is the reminder (or the note) next to the kettle was only in Chinese and English that “it is not used for warming milk and food bala bala”, and the Chinese version was placed just facing me on the 2nd day when I came back after the cleaning service was completed. As a Chinese guest and also the one that never used the kettle, I therefore ask for an explanation and more importantly, a solution on this situation, for myself as well as other Chinese guests.

The hotel is in a quiet location close enough to the Palace of Westminster. The rooms are very comfortable, well equipped and most importantly clean. The staff is very helpful, there is also a concierge who helps with booking restaurants and tours. A short walk from the hotel bus stop, park and central attractions. The rooms have a good ventilation system, a comfortable bed and a wardrobe.

Easily accessible by public transport but not much surrounding the hotel in terms of cornerstores, cafes.
Clean room. Comfy bed. Good a/c especially in the recent summer heat.
There was an incident during our stay which meant we had to be evacuated from our rooms. Not much information was given to explain the situation and no compensation from hotel for the inconvenience. It meant our evening arrangements were delayed and we had to make new ones which was inconvenient.
