The hotel is very comfortable, clean, quiet and at a great price. You can't ask for more It is located in Mercadrid, which some scores negatively and I think it's a huge advantage for the safety of being in a watched premise and to which no one can access. Comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. Reasonable price, friendly staff and super willing to help you with whatever you need. Hotel open 24 hours a day, with 24-hour snack service in case you are hungry at any time of the day, there are also a couple of restaurants nearby that you can walk to, they have a vending machine, a buffet breakfast that is great for €7 you have variety and you can eat whatever you want. They have underground parking for €7 a day and an area available to park on the street for free if you want too.

Estava algo receoso, pois já tinha feito o check in dias antes e tinha-me mandado por e-mail os links para abrir a porta da frente e do quarto, algo que não estava habituado. Chegou o dia e para entrar tanto no prédio como no quarto muito simples. A cama é confortável e a casa de banho partilhada satisfatória. Como tive de ficar um dia a mais em Madrid, aumentei a estadia por maus um dia de forma rápida e simples por e-mail. Ao sair o check out feito por email também rápido e simples. Para acabar fica a apenas poucos metros da estação de nueva numancia

I broke my hand before coming to Scout Hostel, and I have been there for more than two weeks. The Hostel Staff are all so smiley, helpful, and support-full. The reception team Nacho, Beatriz, Maria, and the others are so hard workers and so helpful. Angel, and Nell the housekeeping and kitchenettes are awesome and always smiling. The hostel toilets, showers, rooms, and dining services are so clean, calm and relaxing. The food are so good and on time service. I have really enjoyed my stay here, and strongly recommended this place.
