This is fraud hotel they cheated me I went there but no one in the hotel no staff hotel was locked neighbors are saying it's not working unfortunately I booked new booking urgent I was with my wife we suffer lot never book this hotel

The hotel very seedy. You can't even park on the street, the walls are all stained, the duvet cover that also leaves you stained, the shower full of mold around the edges. There is no heating, no blinds, no tele...

Impossible to check in as no mail with instructions and code was sent. No room cleaning whatsoever, we had the same towels for 5 days, no one bothered to empty the trash. The neighbourhood was very far from the centre and kind of frightening in the evening

The property and room didn't look like the pictures. The shared washrooms were very small compared to the pictures online. We won't be staying here again.

*Mold Alert* This was one of the most disappointing and unclean stays I've ever had. The biggest problem that I had with the hotel is the fact that our room had a strong mold smell, which we later learned that our private bathroom was covered in mold (mainly in the shower and ceiling). It was very apparent that the bathroom wasn't cleaned before and even long before our stay. My partner and I had to endure this for an entire night seen that we arrived late (it was self check in) and we had to put my health in jeopardy because it was too late to find a replacement and we were extremely tired from our travels. I later tried reaching out to the staff through ******* and I never received any response. Aside from the mold, there was markings on the walls. It is a shame that the property management team is allowing people to stay in such conditions.
