Hotel con una excelente ubicación, en plena Gran Vía. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Tienen una terraza en su novena planta con buenas vistas a la Gran Vía, donde puedes tomarte algo y disfrutar de la tranquilidad (algo difícil en esta ciudad).
Nos dieron una habitación reformada y no podemos sacarle ningún inconveniente, era amplia, con un baño enorme y todo muy limpio.
Sin duda volveremos.

Beautiful hotel in central Madrid close to most attractions in the city. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean, updated and beautiful. I was extremely happy with our stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The maid service was great. The front desk was responsive and friendly. Also very helpful with our request. Definitely would stay here again.
