The location is in the city center, convenient for travel, the room facilities are average, the air conditioning is very bad, very noisy and basically does not cool, and it is hot in summer.

We booked 2 nights at this hotel and We had very good time ! This hotel is sparkling clean and the staffs are very friendly ! The location is excellent! Just few steps to gran via street ! Near restaurants and bus stops! 👌👌👍👌❤️They also have free beverages suck as water bottles and beers in the small refrigerator in the room! 🎈❤️👌

Very clean and smart hotel in the city centre. Very easy to get to all the main attractions. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very close to evrything you want to go in Madrid, Spain such as shoping, restaurants and Madrid's historical places. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was lovely and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Madrid and the mountains. Bed was super comfortable and the room was relatively clean. Sheets had some questionable stains and there was some dust around, and no toilet brush.
Breakfast buffet had an incredible selection, but the hot food was cold. But the cold food was amazing.
Great area tho. We avoided the Rooftop Bar as we had 2 pints of 1906 that came up to €17. Checked the bill and I was so shocked to pay €8.50 for a large beer in Madrid. I pay less in London.

The hotel was very clean and nice and in an amazing location. The staff was very sweet and left us grapes in our room to celebrate the New Year. They also had complimentary water and carbonized juices for us to enjoy.

It was a wonderful trip our first time to Madrid. The hotel was the perfect location with a beautiful balcony. It was just stunning.
