The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the subway station, and there are commercial areas nearby, which is very suitable for business trips and travel

Except for the location, there is nothing else good.
The location is really good, very close to Plaza de España and Puerta del Sol, and there are Carrefour, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby.
Complaints: 1. The entrance is hidden, and it is sometimes difficult to wait for the elevator;
2. The room is small. The sanitary conditions are average, and there are basically no facilities. There is only one charging port in the whole room, and you have to ask for a hair dryer yourself.
3. There is no service, and the front desk is indifferent.

The only good thing about this place, is location, but the rest is incredible disgusting.
Strong suggestion, DONT use this place at all.

The ONLY Pro is that you are directly on the main ***** in Madrid.
The MANY Cons are:
- You will hear sirens and people shouting/honking/talking on the street as if they were in your room. (We literally had to wear earplugs to get any sleep.)
- the walls are PAPER Thin and you will hear talking and furniture moving likes it's in your room.
- This hotel is on the 5th floor and there is a single 4 person elevator in the lobby that frequently had a line so we often took the stairs. (Hope you like cardio.)
- The room and bathroom were extremely tiny.
- The lobby REAKED of cigarette smoke as the employee ironically sat in front of a no smoking sign. 😂
- Most of the handrails are wobbly/loose.
- The TV in the room was 24" and wall mounted.
