Good location, close to the shopping and tourist streets. Spacious room, comfortable beds and minimal bar service inside the room, such as: kettle, infusions, sugar, etc. But the plugs are an odyssey: if you plug the kettle in, the cable arrives stretched with the danger of catching it and knocking the kettle over. As the air conditioning unit was not working, they left us two electric heaters (thank you) - one on each side of the bed and we no longer have any more plugs to charge our mobile phones, even though we have them available, they are behind the bedside tables and very low, so we have to move everything (it is not practical). Cleaning service the next day was very fair (it must be said that when we arrived everything was very clean): they only made the beds, the towels were not collected, they did not even replenish the sugar (we went down to ask for pennyroyal and sugar at reception and they did not have it). Service at reception was correct.

The truth is that I expected much more from the hotel, breakfast with a very limited variety and a small space for breakfast, even more so when there is a large volume of guests.
The best thing was the proximity of the hotel staff, and it is appreciated that the hotel allowed me to check in in advance.
