The hotel was fine, no complaints about the property, room, and amenities. The front desk staff was absolutely rude!!!! Im not sure what the staff name was but he was on duty 6pm on 2/17. He talked over the customer that he was with asking us our name before he was finished with the person in front of him. I spoke, he ignored me, looked at my partner asked again for our names. I, the paying customer responsed. When he was finally done with customer in front ofbhim. He asked again to my partner, "what is the name on the reservation" I responsed again. Than he finally acknowledged me and proceeded to be rude to me the entire check in. I have stayed at La quinta Inn before. so I know they could do better. My stay was fine, but that staff made me never want go back to this Laquinta Inn.

Was impressed with the amenities for a reasonably-priced stay - updated bath fixtures, nice wood doors, clean and spacious pool and hot tub. Hot breakfast was good with waffles, sausage, etc. It was well worth the money and I would go back again.

Staff is disgusting… burping while I was at the lobby. The tables by the pool are missing the tops. There was trash left outside the room doors while walking to my room.

To preface this comment, we are definitely not fancy hotel people by any means. The room had a glass block window looking into your room from the hallway. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The fridge didn’t work. The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. It just seemed like a dirty hotel.

Shower rod was falling off . Floor tile was loose ,
Hair dryer was just laying on counter , holes in the ceiling took forever to get hot water to the shower

Front desk check in clerk was not friendly. Went to supper last night, returned after 8pm. No front desk clerk, empty lobby. Didn’t appreciate no security for guests. Anyone could’ve walked in. Power outage at 5 am until we left at 7am. Morning desk clerk was friendly and explained the solution, not their fault but the city.

We have stayed here many times but most recent was 2 years ago. They are doing a remodel which in entry and halls looks very nice. The room remodel is not so well thought out. First off they are using a vinyl floor planking. It looks great but with wet snowy shoes and no rug in room you get puddles. If it dries you have salt marks. Other thing is in a cold climate the floor is extremely cold on the feet. The installers also do not know how to install it as it is already buckling, not a very good job. The hotel, location and staff are great, remodel is not so much
