Room is clean but old hotel. Mattress is too hard, hotel lift take ages to reach your floor. Breakfast does not have much choices

The room is clean! But next day after cleaning, the coffee pounder/sugar was used last night, and not been replenished, and ask for extra one pack of coffee has been rejected by front desk, And check out process is quit slow due the re-check[near 20-30mint.], the re-check is acceptable but the efficiency is too low, need improvement.

The room is clean,staff are kind too.Food was good.We had a great stay in Xenia Hotel and we are looking forward to book again in the future.

Their busted elevator during our stay made us use less of their good gym facilities. Enjoyed the nice food served in their cafe and restaurant though.

Its actually our second time to sray here. It’s convenient because its like a 3-min walk only going to puregold where we shopped. super friendly staffs. Will go back here again.

The room we got is very spacious and clean. The environment is child friendly even though there's a ******. The staffs are accommodating and friendly. The food is also great (breakfast).

It was boring no activities, The ambiance not so good. and the corridor going to the rooms is hot.

The staff and room was excellent and we enjoyed the stay, However the food from the kitchen of the night was disgusting. We sent the pizza back as not cooked fully , it returned after 4/5 minutes exactly the same under cooked. So we did not eat the pizza and also the noodle soup was very poorly cooked, not very tasty. The breakfast the next morning was ok, the serving staff very helpful the food of the night was disgusting and I did tell the waitperson it was very bad. I think this would stop me from visiting again the hotel

Elevators are slow and look like they haven’t been maintained in a while. Hallways are dark, dreary, and a bit creepy. Rooms look old and worn out. The bathroom is just as old, worn out, and dreary looking. The bath towels look dirty and like they haven’t been cleaned very well. Beware of getting dirt on them because the staff will declare it as “damage” and deduct from your incidental deposit. They deducted 1,600 PHP from our deposit for the dirt on their ugly ass towels. Air conditioning is not that cool and the air feels musty. There’s not much around the vicinity also. Spend your money elsewhere. There are far better accommodations around the area than Xenia Hotel that are value for money.

The hotel is just right. Not so fancy. Tama lang. The buffet breakfast is just okey din. ☺️

The service was good, the food was great, my daughter loved the lasagna.

Service was very good. The bed don’t have headboard and the rattan chairs was filthy. I just covered with towels because I really don’t want to see it even I never sit on it.
