Pullman Maldives All-Inclusive Resort

Everything was good but they refused to award me my Accor points because I used trip.com to book. I find this ridiculous

Opportunities for improvement: Rooms 1. consider using small bottles of water that can fit into the bar fridge. Cold water after a hot day is a game changer! Melange 1. Surf and turf: the big prawns and lobster meat were frozen and were not really attractive. After grilling, the meat turned out to be partially soggy, which is a turn off. 2. Suggestion: for the grill, cook to order instead of preparing the food and leaving it under a heater lamp. I.e. lamb cutlets, pork chops, grilled sea bass etc. Freshly grilled food taste better and maintains the high quality. Grilled food left under a heater lamp becomes either soggy or too tough. 3. Same suggestion for breakfast waffles: make to order rather than leave it on the plates ready to go. Examples of great service: 1. Mariana helped prepare a ice bucket of champagne for us even though the honeymoon comment was not originally registered by trip.com and pullman. She was very helpful and remembers what clients say. Top marks and greatly appreciated! 2. All buggy drivers greet upon pick up and some even went out of their way to reverse so we can video manta rays in shallow waters off our villa. Truly deserving of the great service tag! 3. All waiters serving at all restaurants always asks whether we want water to start off. It feels like an SOP but we love it! Consistent and service with a smile! Was truly a great experience and would love to come back again!

Stunning island where everything is thoughtfully catered for. The attention to detail is above and beyond. The food has been outstanding, the drinks are all branded with cocktails galore, champagne, quality wine list and all served by the most lovely staff, each and everyone of them have genuine smiles and really go out of their way to make your holiday a trip of a lifetime. The spa treatments are so relaxing and the massage I had done by Janna was just what I needed to top off the most wonderful holiday. The rooms are amazing, with so much space and everything you could possibly need from coffee machines and a large range of teas to the snacks and mini bar which is replenished daily. The beds are huge and really comfy and to wake up the sound of the ocean in the morning is fabulous. Our over water villa had indoor and outdoor showers, his and hers sink areas and a huge bath, there is a massive deck with sunbeds, another shower, a netting hammock area and outdoor sofa under a pergola. Snorkelling on the house reef was stunning, we saw turtles, rays, sharks and more fish than you could begin to imagine. I can’t recommend this island highly enough to anyone coming to the Maldives for their dream getaway.

This our second time at the resort & it was as good and memorable as the first time. As the add says, this is the best all inclusive resort! We stayed at the beach villa as we prefer the beach aspect. We were upgraded to a private pool villa and the pool was amazing. The rooms are well appointed with indoor & out door showers & two vanities. The beds are very comfortable with a lovely aspect & view outside. The mini bar is very well appointed with alcoholic, non alcoholic drinks & snacks. With all the meals we hardly used the mini bar. This is also re-stocked twice daily at no cost. The meals were excellent with chefs overseeing live stations covering a range of different food types from Maldivian, Indian, Italian, Asian and traditional English. There is a great range of meats, seafood as well as vegetarian options. There is also a dedicated Vegetarian restaurant. The staff at the main restaurant were all amazing Kamal, Shifag, Azeef, Nisha & Hakeem made our time here more memorable. The island is a great size with beautiful sandy beaches & lagoon all the way around. Due to the size there is alot of space and you rarely see more than a couple of people at a time. The pool area is also a good size with lots of space & great pool side service. The island and gardens are meticulously maintained as well as the gardens around the Villa. Rubel maintained our garden area & even got some fresh coconuts for us. We will definitely return for a 3rd time and highly recommend the resort.

Absolute paradise. We can’t think of a single thing that would make this place better - it is heaven. All of the staff are so attentive and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the gardens are perfectly manicured - bike riding throughout the island feels like you’re in a completely different world. The variety of food and drink satisfied all of our cravings and the snorkelling excursions were fantastic. The massages were definitely one of the highlights - Barbara and Rahul created the most relaxing ambience and were so accomodating during the massage. Could not fault it! We will definitely be booking with them again and coming back to the resort for all of our anniversaries!!!!
