My experience was horrible! I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt so strongly that I wanted to. The check-in desk isn’t open overnight so any issues that come up must be dealt with in the few hours it’s open. The first night my air conditioning didn’t work, and it had been over 90 degrees F during the day. It must have been over 80 degrees in my room, with no fan. The next day I asked for them to fix it and they gave me a fan, which was fine. The next night the fire alarm starting beeping every 30 seconds at 11pm and it was not replaceable. I tried to call the emergency number but no one answered. Luckily it turned off at about 12:30am but in the morning, I got no apology. They came in and ripped it off the wall and left me without a fire alarm for the third night. Overall, the room was disgusting and everything was broken. I would not be paid to stay here again.

good bed, quite good location for the price. HORRIBLE streets around (I was glad to arrive safely in the evening, there were group of drunks, homeless, etc.) small room, hygiene was at the minimum, always sound of the ventilation nobody at the desk when I was leaving, so baggage corner to pick it up later?? Quite room received as asked

Un lugar muy bien ubicado, con transporte público cerca pero con una limpieza un poco deficiente. Me quedé una semana y nunca fueron a hacer la habitación. Tampoco cambiaron las toallas. No hay recepción las 24 horas y lo peor: encontré una cucaracha en el baño y otro día otra cerca de la cama

Je n’ai jamais vu un appart/hôtel aussi sale.
2 changements de chambres, lors de l ouverture de la seconde chambre la responsable se rend compte que le ménage n’a pas été fait, lit défait.. il etait 19h!!
Coffre de volet noir de poussière, contours de prises recouvert de poussière, sol moissis dans la salle d’eau, latte de parquets endommagé, c est tout simplement scandaleux!!

PS : c est la premfois que je laisse un commentaire en 5 ans mais là je préfère avertir les prochains!

Realmente no sé cuántas estrellas tiene, imagino que máximo 2, es poco acogedor pero la habitación es amplia y la cama cómoda. Sábanas limpias pero poco ventilado y la habitación huele. El precio es económico

A fuir ! Une honte de louer des endroits ainsi !! Photos sur internet des mensonges ! Sale ! Des locaux dans un état !! Les murs !! La salle de bain !! Des cuisines soit disant neuve ! Les couloirs ! L’ascenseur mon dieu !! Une scène une honte un type très louche dévisager ma fille comme s’il était entrain de la violer !!! Aussi des travaux les gens monter sont monter avec nous ds l’ascenseur transpirant ,puant ,charger de matériels je c ils travaillent ) locaux sans clim !! Bref et en plus les garages des gens à éviter aussi j’appelle ça des coupes gorge ! J’ai eu une crise et je n’es pas pu y rester location de 3 nuits avec garages pour ma paume !! Car aucun geste commerciale n’a été pas par la personne de la réception !! Bref un endroit c un marchant de sommeil et dire que des jeunes louent aussi cet endroit là car ils ont des studio pour ses jeunes !! Déplorable !!!
