The lobby is located on the second floor. The facilities are very clean and modern, and the location is ideal. No particular nice view as the building is surrounded by large residential/hotel buildings. Towels, shower gel+shampoo and hair dryer are supplied, but the rest is as option : slippers, toothbrush etc... need to be purchased. The room is like an officetel, with a kitchen but neither the induction plate nor the washing machine can be used for short-term stay. There is no water bottles in the rooms, but there is a nice water filter machine in the kitchen.

Arrived at the hotel at 2:35pm, the receptionist asked us to pay 10k won for early check in. We refused since it’s only 25mins to 3pm but at the end the receptionist let us check in without paying extra fee. Location is good, many restaurants nearby, eMart, GS25 and Olive Young are within walking distance. Room is spacious but disappointed with no exterior view. Stayed for 2 nights but they did not refill the bottle water on the second day. Washing machine and cooking stove in the room are not allowed to use. No wifi provided. Free coffee voucher is given but limited to americano or tea only. Toiletries is provided, love their shampoo scent. Check out at 11am and free luggage storage available at the lobby.

The location is great , just beside the emart. Near to the haeundae station, a short walking distance. But the entrance is not very easy to find. The ocean view from the room is beautiful. The room space is big and the environment is very quiet , we can rest well. Just troublesome to put rubbish inside the plastic bag instead of dustbin. If there is a blind in the kitchen , will be great. It is very bright when after the sunrise. We had complimentary coffee and a free mini essential oil.

Honestly cannot complain for the price. Great experience.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable, and the price-performance ratio is very high. It is also very close to Haeundae Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. When I first arrived at the hotel, I didn’t know how to enter the hotel entrance. When I entered, there was no one in the lobby. It was freezing outside for two or three hours in the winter and I couldn’t find anyone! I booked this room for 5 consecutive nights and then I wanted to extend my stay on the platform without moving my luggage. The front desk told you that I'm sorry because you are extending your stay, so you need to check out at 11 o'clock and check in at 3 pm. If you don't move your luggage, you have to pay extra cash. Checking out of this hotel must be on time or early! No more than a few minutes will be charged as an hour! 11:06 Check out. The front desk said that your time exceeds the check out time, so... you will be charged 10,000 yuan at home! ! By the way, I stayed for five days without any room service or cleaning. The toilet paper in the toilet was not replenished. I went to the front desk and asked for it. They had a very bad attitude and gave you a roll. After staying for five days, you could only go to the front desk and get one roll every day. The front desk spoke in English. The price is extremely bad. I advise you to choose other hotels around. They are much better than here. Even if they are cheaper, the service is better than them. I sincerely recommend choosing carefully.

It was very inconvenient to use the elevator in an officetel. I came out on time, but there were so many people that it took more than 30 minutes.

It's okay. It's quite clean. It's just that the decoration smell is a bit heavy. The windows can only be opened a little, which is a bit depressing. There isn't much sea view. The front desk service is not very enthusiastic. But after all, it is a serviced apar**ent, so I didn't have high expectations.

First of all, the location is the best! I traveled by foot without a car, and it was good because it was close to Haeundae. It was difficult to find it. It's the building next to Wangmimi Arcade and the E-Mart 24 convenience store. Rather than a hotel, it's a hotel that's a bit like an officetel like a residence. It didn't feel the same. It just felt like resting at home, so it wasn't bad. I was assigned to the 33rd floor, and the view was nice. It had a new smell, probably because it had just been built. The bathroom also had a strong new-house smell! And maybe because it's an officetel building, the water pressure was great. It was so weak that it was difficult to wash. The air conditioner was on the sofa side, not the bedroom, so even when I turned it on at full power, it was very hot. But I slept well and had a good rest! It was nice that it was close to Haeundae Market, so there were plenty of places to eat if you were hungry.

The room has a half-ocean view and is on the 16th floor, which is a high floor. It was far from the sea, so I could see a little bit through the window. If you are on a higher floor, you will have a better view of the sea.

It was located on the main street of Haeundae, so it was nice to go around here and there. It's a new hotel so the facilities were clean. However, there is an air conditioner only in the living room, so it took some time for the cold air to come into the room. Recommended as a cost-effective hotel for those traveling to Haeundae
