Grand Hotel Vanvitelli Reviews

Hotel is a bit run down. Perhaps one that has seen better days. Staff do try hard though. Room is tired looking and can do with a refresh. Breakfast is sufficient and tasty.

I highly not recommend this hotel. The location is far away from the City Centre Only taxi, but so expensive! When they said the room has a window, it is not a real window, you see your neighbors. Luckily, I insisted to change another room, with a real window, giving natural light inside the room, but noise. The AC is controlled by the reception. You couldn't use AC to adjust the room temperature! I was so hot! Very disappointing!

Super moment

Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms equipped with every comfort. Rich, quality breakfast, with a wide choice of sweet and savory options. Excellent restaurant. The spa is exceptional. I'm going back for the third time and I'm always satisfied. I will definitely go back again.

The Vanvitelli is a very nice hotel…. The structure is an old house with a large courtyard which has been converted into a lounge with a roof over the 4th floor with a giant chandelier hanging in the middle. The rooms are spacious and clean….

Everything's all right. Clean hotel, friendly staff.

Excellent quality/price ratio standard room to be renovated (furnishings very worn, walls to be painted) in shower bathroom - shower packages used by the previous guest (the shower was not cleaned during the changeover... breakfast to be reviewed.

Feel uncomfortable

典雅、很安靜的酒店，親切的工作人員，不錯的早餐。

Demoraram 5 horas a colocar toalhas que estavam em falta para a segunda pessoa (tinham apenas colocado toalhas para 1 pessoa), mesmo tendo reclamado 2 vezes... No sábado, às 10:30 já tinham retirado o pequeno-almoço apesar do mesmo ser, aos fins de semana, até às 11:00. A piscina, final de Maio, ainda não estava em funcionamento, apesar de nada estar escrito aquando da reserva. E apesar de terem poucos clientes, terem-nos colocado num quarto virado para a frente do Hotel para a estrada com transito infernal! A única coisa boa foi a massagem anti-stress no SPA.... E o hotel ser lindíssimo...

Our room was away from the main road; a good thing as the road is very busy. Stunning decor. Good food.

This place is over the top. Even met the owner and his son. Wonderful people. This is a place to which I could return

Absolutely brilliant location Road links brilliant so we could easily visit places of interest - royal palace at Caserta, Old Naples Pompelli etc Pool excellent for a quiet day too
