My recent stay at Cascadawas simply fantastic! From the warm welcome at check-in counter which exceeded my expectations.

The room is very cozy. The front desk staff is very friendly. A bottle of mineral water is given when leaving. Recommended to stay

This is a boutique hotel, very nice and everyday refill welcome drink, pretty hotel and warm and friendly staff. We love the stay in hotel, we stay 3/29-4/1/2024 for 3 nights.

Still quite satisfied

We arrived early just as the room was ready, so we could check in a little early. The environment was also clean and tidy, but it was a bit rough. We also had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The quality was good and it was mainly convenient.

Better than expected

Great hotel, great location close to the railway station and old town. Loved the bottles of water in the fridge at no charge, replenished every day. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Free bus tickets up to zone 10 provided by the hotel for the duration of our stay. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in this location. It is fantastic hotel

Great option in Lucerne. Clean, comfortable and unique. Much appreciated aesthetic.

We booked a connecting room with my 2 bug kids and it was very convenient for us. It is located just opposite the train station . Highly recommended to stay. Very easy to walk around and reception staffs were very friendly too.

Very nice hotel and staff with a quick walk to everything you could want to see.

superb hotel and we enjoyed our stay! breakfast spread was good. Walk to chapel bridge took about 10mins but was manageable. car park entrance not easy to find as they are sharing with other residents. and we had to park nearby to inform hotel to open the gates to carpark. otherwise an almost perfect hotel
