非常不滿意的一次住宿，因為到店時間晚，沒力氣再換，勉強住下： 1、房間的窗户離隔壁房子最多一米，這窗户基本沒有通風效果，基本每個房間都這樣，酒店就是一個民居和旁邊民居緊密挨着。房間還有裝修味道 2、洗手間沒乾濕分離，看着有沐浴房，其實是兩片玻璃擋板，正中是沒有擋的，洗澡水直接濺出去，外面還沒有地漏，酒店也想了辦法，放了兩塊墊子，如圖，如果沒有墊子，妥妥摔跤 3、服務態度還不錯，要不都是差評了，開始給一樓，通風更差，也給調到二樓。看得行李多，也會主動幫忙。

洛陽牡丹節酒店漲價簡直沒譜，一百多的民宿硬是漲到五百多。這次住店經歷奇葩： 1.前台給錯了房卡。首先給了我一張消磁的房卡。我跑到房間去打不開又回到前台，前台説另外製作一張，但是找不到新房卡。於是給了我一張服務員的萬能房卡，我再次回到指定的房間，打開發現裏面已經有人入住別人的行李和包全部都在。萬幸的是住客不在裏面，否則的話還不知道要怎麼收場。 2.酒店的廁所門口設定了一個台階，晚上起來上廁所非常容易絆倒摔跤。 3.酒店廁所淋浴間沒有門導致洗澡的時候整個房間發大水。 4.酒店的窗户外緊靠着別人的房子，窗户外面設定了落水孔。早上下大雨，落水孔的聲音可以吵到人崩潰。 5.酒店房間內插座數量非常有限，對於三張床的親子房一共衹找到了3處插座。 6.房間裏衹有一張小桌子，5個人的行李完全不夠放。 總的來説，性價比低，設計不合理，前台不專業。尤其是給到客户萬能房卡，並且開錯房間，簡直無法想象。
