Wonderful hotel with extremely kind people who work there. Room was clean and cozy.
The wifi was a tad spotty at times and because it's a newer hotel, tuk tuks may have a little trouble finding it. That being said, I had a great sleep, and the people who work there are great. They primarily speak Chinese just FYI.

The hotel is very new, parking is convenient, the hotel is located at a relatively high altitude, the scenery is nice, and it is quiet. It is a 2-kilometer walk to the Grand Palace Night Market. The owner is Chinese, so it is convenient to consult anything.

It is far from the downtown area. It seems to be a hotel run by Chinese people, so they couldn't communicate in English, so Google Translate was a lifesaver. The cleanliness is about average for Southeast Asia.
Loca is a must-have app in LAOS.
