This is a self-service modern hotel. There is no check-in counter in the general sense of a hotel. You can check in and check out by yourself. Although the room is a little small, it is suitable for one person. It is clean and hygienic, and all facilities are controlled by iPad. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the subway station. Take Flyaway (9.75 US dollars) from Los Angeles Airport to Union Station, and take the Dash D bus (free) nearby to get off at the hotel entrance. It is very convenient.

The location is downtown. There are two subway stations with different routes nearby. There are also grand central market, the broad, the last book store, etc. nearby. There are many food trucks in the evening. It is very convenient. The internal environment of the hotel is also very good. Good. It's an excellent hotel.  The only problem is that there are many homeless people near downtown LA. The public security is not very good and the street hygiene is also very poor. Many people urinate everywhere. There are also some people who may have overdosed and are lying on the ground. Girls should choose carefully. .

The location is two subway stops away from Union station. If you want to go to North Hollywood or Santa Monica, you can take the subway immediately. Worth continuing to stay.

I love all the facilities in general and highly recommend them. The bed could be softer hahahaha The staff are friendly, the environment is very clean, and the location is very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and there was security in front door, they lock doors at around 8pm and you can only enter with card so I think they did make an effort in keeping the place a safe place. Location wise there are indeed many homeless wandering around especially after sun sets so I would recommend uber if you do go out but day light time I take the bus no problem

Will definitely book this hotel again if I ever come back to LA. Clean and stylish!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Skid Row is nearby, so it's a great hotel if you don't even get close to that. We had free hot coffee in the morning. The lobby was also spacious and I was able to spend some time there.

It was a beautiful hotel.
