The hotel has a good location in Beverly Hills. The Christmas decorations are very atmospheric, but the service is mediocre and the refund processing is sloppy. I am very disappointed!

I thought the Four Seasons brand should have high quality, but I was still a little disappointed! The bedding was good, but there were hairs on the edge of the bed frame! I booked two rooms and gave a $5 tip for both. As a result, the upgraded room was not cleaned despite the tip, but the cheaper room was cleaned. I don't know if the expensive room requires more tips. The water was not refilled. I called three times and it took more than an hour for the water to be delivered! The location is OK, but I am still very disappointed!

I really like the lobby and swimming pool of this hotel. The ordinary room is not big, but it can fit a fully opened 32-inch suitcase. If you want to save a little parking fee, you can ask the hotel to park by yourself.
