屬於家庭旅館，就在馬路邊上，離土樓王子2分鐘車程，出行方便，房間設備比較新，老闆娘態度好，房間比較小，放東西不太方便。但是衞生比較好。

老闆特別熱情，跟你把周邊的景點都介紹一下，房間很新很乾凈，雖然是普通的民宿但是就愛這份感覺，剛到店老闆還拿出自己種的熟透的柿子，很糯很清香，走的時候還送了一袋還沒有熟的，説放個4 5天就可以吃了，感覺到農村人的那些純樸。

房間很小，浴室也小，裏面都沒有能放東西的位置。沒有礦泉水是我最不滿意的。床也小，床單也不是很乾凈。在裏面吃飯比景區還要貴，服了
