酒店大堂好冷，等入住等得瑟瑟發抖，前台服務員態度冷漠，好在管家樑茵辦理了優先入住，幫忙送行李到房間，還耐心介紹了房間，服務很周到！這次的房間非常滿意，寬敞整潔，出門就是温泉區很方便，温泉池很多，路上的清姐阿姨和服務員都彬彬有禮，下午茶和甜品都會送到房間，住得很舒服，早餐種類不多，幾樣蒸點口味不錯，已經推薦給朋友了，還會再來～

一般我都不會寫評價的，但是這次入住的體驗真的驚艷到我。節後的錯峯出行主打一個體驗感超強，人少、安靜、服務及時。
一對一客服的響應很快態度也很好，管房阿姨也全程親切友好；細節滿分，下午茶和夜宵甜品很精緻很有儀式感。
一進房間心情就很愉悦，很大很明亮很乾凈，衞生間、小客廳、室內泡池，都讓人很滿意，直接看圖吧。
意想不到有個榻榻米房間，打呼嚕的爸爸睡在那裡就不怕影響媽媽和兒子了。
最喜歡是露台的長桌椅和泡池，氛圍感拉滿，特別是晚上在那邊煮茶聽音樂，浪漫得不可理喻

房間很大，很有設計感，送下午茶。酒店地面層便可直接去溫泉區，很方便。早餐很一般，建議出外面吃。酒店對面有很多吃的選擇，晚上也可去對的食店吃肖夜
