位置好找，停車方便，小區裏能開到樓下，整體性價比很高。屋裡設施還是很齊全的，我們還用了一下廚房煮海鮮，從碼頭市場買回來。
走路不遠就是觀音殿景區，逛海灘方便，有海鮮館和小吃街，再往前走到月亮長者那裡博商超市前面的家常館子很不錯。
美中不足就是洗衣機位置讓上廁所時有點擠。

忘了拍照了，挺好的，乾淨衞生，美中不足的就是如果家裡有大個子的話廁所馬桶和洗衣機的位置距離太近，上廁所很憋屈。房東人特別好。屋裡乾淨衞生，採光也很好。
