The hotel has been booked by car for a short period of time. The hotel has a lot of facilities. The kettle is old enough to be used. The room is large, two large single beds and a sofa bed can be opened. There is a charge of £11 for the parking lot. No way, hotels near the airport will accept it unless you are looking for a B&B.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Staff were very helpful and very delightful. If I needed anything in the room, after calling reception, they would be up in less than 5 mins. Room was well designed and super clean. Hotel itself smelt nice and clean. Easy checkin, easy checkout. Location was good, 2 underground stations and a few bus stops all within a 2-8 min walk. Hands down best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely come back.

Customer service was great. Lots of patience in providing information. I found the room warm at night because there is only a comforter but not a sheet. I truly don’t understand that. Do they was this heavy comforter between customers? The location is not near restaurants or shops. But the bus service is very convenient. We took a bus to the airport. We also took a bus to Oxbridge mall.it had lots of activities, restaurants and shops.
