We stayed 3 nights and very impressed about the hotel, the location is very close to bus/underground stations. The room is clean and tidy especially the bed and pillows are very soft that we slept so well

Room is comparably spacious . Very Good Service. Thank you Sunanda for arranging the doctor immediately . She is very helpful ☺️, and thank you Rebecca explaining the express check out service . She is very helpful too ☺️. Only the water pressure for the shower is not good enough . Others were all fine .

Great stay at the Novotel London West. The hotel is really clean with daily housekeeping (you can opt out and they will give a free drink for every day). Room is clean and well maintained.
Location is fantastic as there are various tube lines to get to central London. The station is just a 5 mins walk away with many amenities, there is also a Tesco superstore 10 mins away which we only found out on our last day.
Overall, it’s a great value considering the well maintained, spacious room and the great location.

I had to leave the hotel a few days early due to a family problem and requested a refund. Unfortunately, even though I sent the hotel five emails, the hotel refused to even respond. This is disappointing and I request the hotel management to follow up. The answer is not important, but the fact that they are mishandling the customer is very, very bad.
