What can I say about this hotel? It has both merits and demerits. The location is quite good. If you can still walk, you can reach the British Museum, Wes**inster Abbey, Oxford Street, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace without taking public transportation... The farthest one is only more than 20 minutes away. The hotel room is quite standard, old but the facilities and hygiene are good. Check-in is a bit slow, and it doesn't matter if you have a little patience. The extra bed was added in advance, and no extra charge was charged. However, a deposit of 200 pounds was collected when checking in, and we did not confirm it specifically when checking out, because we were sure that there was no additional consumption. But the next day, we found that only 146 pounds of the deposit was returned, and 54 pounds of unwarranted fees were charged. The email inquiry hotel answered irrelevant questions and did not solve it in the first time. In the end, it was solved through Ctrip. Here I have to give a thumbs up to Ctrip 👍👍👍 for contacting the hotel as soon as possible, and any progress will be reported to us in a timely manner, so it is the most reassuring to book a hotel through Ctrip!
