Very satisfied, very cost-effective and convenient transportation

The two Indian women who staffed the counter were so unfriendly that I don't want to go there again.

It was originally known to be a hotel, so we didn't expect resort-like service levels. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed by the service attitude of the breakfast buffet staff. I was traveling alone, but the waiter only took care of two or more guests and provided the first cup of breakfast coffee or tea and refill service. I had to walk to the staff by myself. The tea department takes care of my own needs and completely ignores my feelings, so I give the staff a 1 point for service.

This hotel is really nice, there are Chinese people at the reception, and the service attitude is very good. The room was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. Very good value for money!

The location is perfect. 2 mins walk to metro station. 2 lines. And close to tower bridge. Shard and sky garden also the walk distance. It has kettle for boiling water. And washing machine to wash and dry clothes. The suite is spacious. Definitely, I will stay here next time. Super good !

It was a beautiful experience. Great location, beautiful facility, I would love to stay there again and would 100% recommend. Almost a 10/10, just one thing which I thought was not good enough; we stayed more than a night, after our first night, on our way out we asked for our suite to be cleaned (around 11am) however when we got back around 3pm, it was not cleaned yet. When it was eventually cleaned they still managed to leave one of the bins behind. Everything was eventually sorted.

Good hotel, close to Tower of London. Good breakfast.

The location is very convenient from Financial Street and both sides of the Thames River. Breakfast was also good.

Very good location, close to Tower Bridge, and close to subway! Room size is also bigger than other similar type hotels I stayed before. Service is also great, highly recommended.

Non-refundable deposit I'm dragging my feet and won't retreat. I didn't retreat last time either.

THE MOST STICKY, DISGUSTING ROOMS. AND THE STAFF ARE SOO RUDE AND THREATENING

Very spacious and clean room, good location, super near the tower bridge. The only thing to complain about was the sofa bed is not very steady.

1. The location is a mixed bag. The good thing is that the attractions in the Tower Bridge area are across the street. You can get there just across the street and you can see the night view of Tower Bridge at night. There are many restaurants around the Financial Street, with dishes from all over the world, and the prices are reasonable. Not cheap to say. The worrying point is that you can hear the sound of the subway passing under the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, it may be difficult to fall asleep. 2. The room is large and has new facilities, but it has a bit of a smell. People who are sensitive to smells may find it uncomfortable, but we stayed because we only stayed for one day and it would be better to open the window. 3. The service staff were very nice. Maybe they were afraid that we would be disturbed by the sound of the subway, so they gave us a relatively quiet location in the hotel from the beginning. There is no such thing as perfection, there are always trade-offs.
