room is small but it’s alright for the environment nearby the hotel.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is its excellent location but the room is really small😂 The facilities are average and the service is good. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. I only took photos of the hotel facade. This is mainly because it is close to my alma mater and the covent garden is within walking distance.

The room is small and the facilities are very old. Not only is the sound insulation poor, but there is almost no ventilation system. One star is for the free self-service coffee downstairs.

The rooms in London are small, but the main reason is that the service is very good, especially the room service. I absolutely praise it.

The pillow was too high and it was difficult to sleep on. The four-piece set was a bit dirty. The rest felt better than expected.

Excellent location. Breakfast is 8 pounds and very rich. Highly recommended.

The location is good. Holborn Station is just two to three hundred meters away, and there is a bus stop at the door. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the British Museum. The hotel is fairly quiet and clean. However, you need to tell the front desk when changing towels or trash cans daily, otherwise they will only be cleaned once on Wednesday. There is free coffee and hot chocolate on the first floor. The hot chocolate is delicious, even better than the ones sold in stores outside. Hahaha, I drink it every day. Summer vacation is the peak season, and the price is close to 2,000 per night, which is not cheap and the room is not big. It is also recommended to choose a barrier-free room, the toilet will be much larger.

The room is older

Stayed at the hotel for 11 days before and after. On the first floor there are free meeting rooms and workshops, as well as a coffee bar and TV room. The free coffee and tea are good, not available in other hotels. The size of the room is enough for two people, and the bath water is very hot. If you don’t want to pay for cleaning, you have to clean it yourself, and the garbage needs to be left at the door. The waiters are very friendly. Only 2 people are allowed to enter the elevator at a time.

We got a room with a slanted roof. Very uncomfortable and small for 2 people. We had no blackout curtains just a sheer curtain. There were pigeons lots of pigeons around our angled windows that crowed all night. We barely slept. Our thermostat didn’t work. We had to call front desk to reset everyday. Overall bad experience.

A dated hotel in a good location. Surprisingly poor quality bed and pillows making for a poor nights sleep! The bed was squeaky and surprisingly poor quality for a hotel such as CQ

Hotel was lovely had an issue with shower not draining. Staff happy to help and moved us to a different room very quickly

Great friendly service, spacious room, quiet. Free bottles of water and hot drinks in the lobby were so helpful. Bed was large and comfortable. Location is right next ti Holborn station (which takes you anywhere in the city and Heathrow airport) . It's a walking distance from Covent Garden, Soho and more.

Good location close to tube stations and walkable to tourist areas and west end shows. Quiet (10th floor). Close to groceries and coops for snacks. Roasters Redemption coffee shop nearby for yummy baked goods. Downside is the bathroom sliding glass door. When light turned on during the night the entire hotel room lights up.
