3rd time staying here very convenient for everything, plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel. Covenant for tub. Only thing which is not a criticism is the pillows they are feathers and uncomfortable 😞 but don’t let this put you off as the hotel is comfortable, very clean, has a small kitchen with sink microwave fridge kettle staff are very friendly would definitely recommend and will be staying again 👍😀

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, our family celebrated our New year. we enjoyed the stayed here

Facilities: The room I stayed in did not have a washing machine and was a bit small. Health: very good Environment: Relatively quiet at night, but there is some noise Service: The service staff has a very good attitude. They are very friendly during check-in and will help with luggage.

We had a very nice stay over the Christmas period. We got engaged in the hotel on the 23rd. Johanna and Arfa made sure that we celebrated properly with a kind gift from the hotel. Thank you ladies, you made our stay very special!

Staff and Service are super!

From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic for exploring so much of London. The king bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. The kitchenette in the room was an added touch not usually found in a London hotel room and had fridge, microwave, coffee machine with complimentary pods and tea, and a filtered water tap. There were even nightly evening drinks in reception (complimentary) although we didn’t get the time to join. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Charing Cross station and to Covent Garden theatre district.

Only a single night stay but you can see why there are so many positive reviews. Perfect location, quiet (surprisingly so), clean and comfortable. And with excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful area and hotel. The staff wrote a personalized thank you note, which was incredibly kind! Loved that! Some more amenities would be nice, but this is London and there’s only so much space. I’d definitely recommend and return.
